Description
図6は、本発明の別の実施形態に係る電磁圧接工程を示す図である。図6は、複数のコイル40、複数の二次電池50、及び複数の金属部品60を上方から見た図である。図6に示すように、複数の二次電池50が隣り合うように配列される。また、バスバー60が、電極端子51(図示せず)に対向するように、隣り合う2つの二次電池50の上方に配置される。さらに、複数のコイル40が、二次電池50の電極端子51及びバスバー60の上方に配置される。

Claims (11)
- 二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記二次電池が備えた電極端子と、前記電極端子及び他の二次電池の電極端子を電気的に接続するバスバーとを電磁圧接して接合する電磁圧接工程と、
前記電極端子及び前記バスバーの間にレーザ光を照射して、前記電極端子及び前記バスバーを溶接するレーザ溶接工程とを含み、
前記電磁圧接工程は、前記バスバーの上方にコイルを配置し、前記コイルを用いて、前記電極端子と前記バスバーとを電磁圧接する、
二次電池の製造方法。 - 複数の二次電池を隣り合うように配列する工程と、
隣り合う前記二次電池の前記電極端子のそれぞれの上に前記バスバーを配置する工程とをさらに含み、
前記電磁圧接工程は、前記電極端子のそれぞれに対応する複数のコイルを前記バスバーの上方に配置し、前記複数のコイルを用いて、前記電極端子のそれぞれと前記バスバーとを同時に電磁圧接する、請求項1に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電極端子及び前記バスバーは、同種の金属で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極端子及び前記バスバーは、アルミで形成される、請求項3に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極端子及び前記バスバーは、異種の金属で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極端子はアルミで形成され、前記バスバーは銅で形成される、請求項5に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 電極端子と、前記電極端子及び他の二次電池の電極端子を電気的に接続するバスバーとを備えた二次電池であって、
前記電極端子と前記バスバーとの接合面には、電磁圧接されている部分と、レーザ溶接されている部分とが含まれることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記電極端子及び前記バスバーは、同種の金属で形成された、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子及び前記バスバーは、アルミで形成された、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子及び前記バスバーは、異種の金属で形成された、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子はアルミで形成され、前記バスバーは銅で形成された、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
