Description
本開示は、炎症性メディエーターの限外ろ過及び吸着が単一の装置中で組み合わされた体外回路を提供する。
ガス交換装置並びに拡散及び/又はろ過装置を含む体外血液回路が提供される。拡散及び/又はろ過装置は、i)アクリロニトリル及びメタリルスルホン酸ナトリウムのコポリマー、ii)ポリエチレンイミン、並びにiii)ヘパリンを含む半透膜を含む。本開示の体外回路の1つの実施形態において、拡散及び/又はろ過装置は、複数の半透性中空糸膜を含むキャピラリー透析器であり、膜は、i)アクリロニトリル及びメタリルスルホン酸ナトリウムのコポリマー;ii)ポリエチレンイミン;並びにiii)ヘパリンを含む。

Claims (7)
- a)ガス交換装置;及び
b)複数の半透性中空糸膜を含むキャピラリー透析器を含む体外血液回路であって、前記半透性中空糸膜が、i)アクリロニトリル及びメタリルスルホン酸ナトリウムのコポリマー、ii)ポリエチレンイミン、並びにiii)ヘパリンを含み、透析器の血液コンパートメントが、体外血液回路に接続されている半透性中空糸膜の内腔を含む、体外血液回路。 - ガス交換装置が膜型酸素供給器である、請求項1に記載の体外血液回路。
- 心肺バイパス(CPB)である、請求項1又は2に記載の体外血液回路。
- 人工心肺(HLM)を含む、請求項3に記載の体外血液回路。
- 体外式膜型人工肺(ECMO)用に構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の体外血液回路。
- 心肺バイパスが静脈-動脈バイパスである、請求項3に記載の体外血液回路。
- 心肺バイパスが静脈-静脈バイパスである、請求項3に記載の体外血液回路。
