Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner.
In air conditioners, the piping (hot gas bypass tube) may be provided (for example, Patent Document 1).
In Patent Document 1, one end is connected to an outdoor unit high-pressure gas pipe that guides the high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor to the condenser, and the other end is connected to an outdoor unit low-pressure gas pipe that is piping on the inflow side of the accumulator. An air conditioner with a hot gas bypass line is disclosed. In this device, the accumulator separates the inflowing refrigerant into gas refrigerant and liquid refrigerant, and allows only the gas refrigerant to be sucked into the compressor. Further, in this apparatus, the hot gas bypass is provided with the first solenoid valve, and by opening and closing the first solenoid valve, the hot gas bypass pipe can be set to a state in which the refrigerant flows or does not flow.
However, in the device described in Patent Document 1, the hot gas bypass pipe includes an outdoor unit high-pressure gas pipe that guides the high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor to the condenser, and an outdoor unit low-pressure gas pipe on the inflow side of the accumulator. directly connected to the pipe. In such a configuration, the high-temperature refrigerant that has flowed into the hot gas bypass pipe is introduced into the pipe on the inflow side of the accumulator without being temperature-controlled, and is sucked into the compressor via the accumulator. Therefore, depending on the temperature of the refrigerant flowing into the hot gas bypass pipe, the temperature of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor may become higher than the allowable temperature, and the compressor itself may be thermally damaged. Further, when the temperature of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor becomes high, the temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor also becomes high. For this reason, there is a possibility that devices on the discharge side of the compressor (for example, check valves, etc.) may be damaged by the heat.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and even when a hot gas bypass pipe is provided, the temperature of the refrigerant led to the compressor can be adjusted to a desired temperature, An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that can suppress damage to a compressor and equipment provided on the discharge side of the compressor.
In order to solve the above problems, the air conditioner of the present invention employs the following means.
An air conditioner according to a first aspect of the present invention is an air conditioner in which refrigerant is circulated through piping connecting a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator, wherein the refrigerant introduced to the compressor is gas-liquid An accumulator to be separated, a suction pipe that connects the compressor and the accumulator and guides the gas-phase refrigerant separated by the accumulator to the compressor, and an oil return pipe that guides oil from the accumulator to the compressor. a refrigerant pipe that guides the refrigerant condensed by the condenser to the expansion valve; and a cooling expansion valve that adjusts the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing therein, branching from the refrigerant pipe and flowing through the refrigerant pipe. It has a branch pipe for extracting a part of the refrigerant from the refrigerant pipe and a hot gas bypass valve, connects the pipe on the discharge side of the compressor and the branch pipe, and discharges the refrigerant from the compressor. a first hot gas bypass pipe that guides the refrigerant to the branch pipe; and a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing through the branch pipe and the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe to cool the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe. and a second hot gas bypass pipe that guides the refrigerant obtained by cooling the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe in the heat exchanger to the pipe on the inlet side of the accumulator.
The above configuration has a hot gas bypass valve and a first hot gas bypass pipe that connects the pipe on the discharge side of the compressor and the branch pipe. Accordingly, by controlling the hot gas bypass valve to allow the refrigerant to flow through the first hot gas bypass pipe, it is possible to adjust the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing through the discharge side pipe of the compressor. That is, the amount of refrigerant introduced to the evaporator can be adjusted. Therefore, it is possible to make the evaporator difficult to frost. Therefore, for example, even if the minimum rotation speed of the compressor is increased in order to secure the amount of oil movement in the oil return pipe, the evaporator can be prevented from frosting. Further, for example, when the air conditioner is set to be stopped when the evaporator is frosted, it is possible to shorten the stop time of the air conditioner by making the indoor unit less likely to be frosted. Therefore, the user's comfort can be improved.
Also, the refrigerant discharged from the compressor is led to a branch pipe having a cooling expansion valve through the first hot gas bypass pipe. In addition, the refrigerant obtained by cooling the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe in the heat exchanger is led to the pipe on the inlet side of the accumulator via the second hot gas bypass pipe.
In the above configuration, the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe joins the refrigerant flowing through the branch pipe. Since the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe is different from the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the branch pipe, by adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant that joins via the branch pipe, the refrigerant after joining ( hereinafter referred to as “cooling refrigerant”) can be adjusted. Cooling refrigerant is introduced into the upstream piping of the accumulator via the heat exchanger and the second hot gas bypass piping. Therefore, by adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing through the branch piping by the cooling expansion valve, it is possible to adjust the temperature of the refrigerant guided to the piping on the inlet side of the accumulator. Therefore, the temperature of the refrigerant led to the compressor via the accumulator can be adjusted to a desired temperature. Therefore, damage to the compressor and equipment provided on the discharge side of the compressor can be suppressed.
Also, the cooling expansion valve is used to adjust the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe. As a result, the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe can be adjusted without a separate configuration for adjusting the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe or the second hot gas bypass pipe. . Therefore, the configuration can be simplified as compared with a configuration that separately adjusts the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe. Therefore, the installation cost can be reduced and the reliability can be improved.
For example, in the case where the downstream end of the second hot gas bypass pipe is connected to the middle position of the suction pipe, and the refrigerant that flows through the refrigerant pipe is cooled by the heat exchanger and returned to the suction pipe, the suction On the upstream side of the connection position between the pipe and the second hot gas bypass pipe, the flow rate of the circulating refrigerant is reduced, thereby reducing the pressure loss. As the pressure loss in the suction pipe decreases, there is a possibility that the oil in the oil pipe provided in parallel with the suction pipe may not be properly guided to the compressor.
In the above configuration, the refrigerant obtained by cooling the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe in the heat exchanger is led to the pipe on the inlet side of the accumulator via the second hot gas bypass pipe. Thereby, the refrigerant that has flowed through the first hot gas bypass pipe can be returned to the upstream side of the accumulator. Therefore, substantially the entire amount of refrigerant that has flowed through the first hot gas bypass pipe flows through the entire suction pipe via the accumulator. Therefore, reduction in the flow rate in the suction pipe is suppressed, and reduction in pressure loss can be suppressed. Since a decrease in pressure loss in the suction pipe can be suppressed, oil can be preferably guided from the accumulator to the compressor via the oil pipe.
An air conditioner according to a second aspect of the present invention is an air conditioner in which refrigerant is circulated through piping connecting a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator, wherein the refrigerant introduced to the compressor is gas-liquid An accumulator to be separated, a suction pipe that connects the compressor and the accumulator and guides the gas-phase refrigerant separated by the accumulator to the compressor, and an oil return pipe that guides oil from the accumulator to the compressor. a refrigerant pipe that guides the refrigerant condensed by the condenser to the expansion valve; and a cooling expansion valve that adjusts the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing therein, branching from the refrigerant pipe and flowing through the refrigerant pipe. It has a branch pipe for extracting a part of the refrigerant from the refrigerant pipe and a hot gas bypass valve, connects the pipe on the discharge side of the compressor and the branch pipe, and discharges the refrigerant from the compressor. a first hot gas bypass pipe that guides the refrigerant to the branch pipe; and a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing through the branch pipe and the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe to cool the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe. and a second hot gas bypass pipe that guides, to the accumulator, the refrigerant obtained by cooling the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe in the heat exchanger.
Even in the above configuration, similarly to the first aspect, by adjusting the hot gas bypass valve, the amount of refrigerant guided to the evaporator can be adjusted, and the evaporator can be prevented from frosting.
Further, similarly to the first mode, by adjusting the cooling expansion valve, the temperature of the refrigerant introduced to the compressor via the accumulator can be adjusted to a desired temperature.
In addition, since the refrigerant obtained by cooling the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe in the heat exchanger is led to the accumulator, as in the first mode, substantially the entire amount of the refrigerant flowing through the first hot gas bypass pipe is distributed over the entire area of the suction pipe. will be circulated. Therefore, oil can be preferably led from the accumulator to the compressor via the oil return pipe.
Further, in the air conditioner according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present invention, the hot gas bypass valve may be in the open state.
When the load of the air conditioner is low, the required amount of refrigerant to circulate is low, so control may be performed to reduce the rotational speed of the compressor. When such control is performed, it can be determined that the load of the air conditioner is low when the rotational speed of the compressor is equal to or lower than a predetermined rotational speed. When the air conditioner is in a low load state, the evaporator may easily frost. In particular, for example, when the minimum rotation speed of the compressor is high and the amount of refrigerant circulation does not decrease sufficiently even when the rotation speed of the compressor is lowered, the amount of refrigerant circulation becomes excessive and the evaporator tends to frost. Become.
In the above configuration, the hot gas bypass valve is opened when the number of revolutions of the compressor is equal to or less than the predetermined number of revolutions. That is, when the evaporator is likely to frost, the hot gas bypass valve is opened to reduce the amount of refrigerant introduced to the evaporator, thereby making the evaporator less likely to frost. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably make the evaporator difficult to frost.
Further, in the air conditioner according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present invention, the hot The gas bypass valve may be opened.
When the pressure of the refrigerant on the suction side of the compressor is low, the temperature at which the refrigerant evaporates in the evaporator drops, so the evaporator tends to frost. In the above configuration, the hot gas bypass valve is opened when the pressure of the refrigerant on the suction side of the compressor is equal to or less than a predetermined pressure. That is, when the evaporator is likely to frost, the hot gas bypass valve is opened to reduce the amount of refrigerant introduced to the evaporator, thereby making the evaporator less likely to frost. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably make the evaporator difficult to frost.
Further, in the air conditioner according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present invention, when the hot gas bypass valve is opened, the open state may be maintained for a predetermined time.
In the above configuration, when the hot gas bypass valve is opened, it is kept open for a predetermined period of time. As a result, the number of times the hot gas bypass valve is opened and closed can be reduced. Therefore, the product life of the hot gas bypass valve can be extended.
Further, in the air conditioner according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present invention, the second hot gas bypass pipe has a temperature measuring unit that measures the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the second hot gas bypass pipe. The opening degree of the cooling expansion valve may be controlled based on the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit.
In the above configuration, the degree of opening of the cooling expansion valve is controlled based on the temperature measured by the temperature measuring section. Thus, by controlling the opening degree of the cooling expansion valve based on the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the second hot gas bypass pipe, the temperature of the refrigerant led to the compressor via the accumulator can be more accurately determined. can be adjusted to the desired temperature.
According to the present invention, even when the hot gas bypass pipe is provided, the temperature of the refrigerant led to the compressor can be adjusted to a desired temperature, and the compressor and the hot gas bypass pipe provided on the discharge side of the compressor Equipment damage can be suppressed.

According to this embodiment, the following effects are obtained.
In general, when the pressure loss in the suction pipe is large, the pressure at which the compressor sucks in the refrigerant (compressor suction pressure) decreases, and the density of the refrigerant decreases. In order to suppress the deterioration of the performance of the compressor, it is conceivable to increase the diameter of the suction pipe to reduce the pressure loss of the suction pipe.
However, if the pressure loss in the suction pipe is reduced, it becomes difficult for oil to move from the accumulator to the compressor in the first oil pipe provided in parallel with the suction pipe. This is particularly noticeable when the rotation speed of the compressor is low. As a countermeasure, it is conceivable to secure the movement of the oil in the first oil pipe by setting the lower limit rotation speed of the compressor high.
However, if the lower limit speed of the compressor is increased, the minimum capacity of the compressor increases, so in low-load operation in cooling operation (for example, operation with only one indoor unit operating), indoor The low pressure across the heat exchanger is reduced and the evaporating temperature is reduced. Therefore, the indoor heat exchanger may be frosted. When the indoor heat exchanger is frosted (or when there is a risk of frost), anti-frost control is performed to stop the indoor unit (close the indoor expansion valve). Therefore, if the lower limit rotation speed of the compressor is increased, there is a possibility that the anti-frost control will be performed frequently. If the anti-frost control is performed frequently, the indoor unit is frequently started and stopped, the cooling capacity is lowered, and there is a possibility that the user's comfort is lowered.

Also, the refrigerant discharged from the
The refrigerant flowing through the first hot
Also, the supercooling
For example, when the downstream end of the second hot
In this embodiment, the refrigerant obtained by cooling the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant pipe in the heat exchanger is guided to the pipe on the inlet side of the
In the present embodiment, the lower limit rotation speed of the
Even if the lower limit rotation speed of the
When the pressure of the refrigerant on the suction side of the
In this embodiment, when the hot
In this embodiment, the degree of opening of the cooling expansion valve is controlled based on the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit. In this way, by controlling the opening degree of the cooling expansion valve based on the temperature of the refrigerant flowing through the second hot
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the inventions according to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately modified without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, an example in which the downstream end of the second hot

Further, since the cooling refrigerant that has finished heat exchange in the
