Claims (17)
- エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジであって、
外表面および内表面を備える容器であって、前記容器外表面が前記カートリッジの外表面を少なくとも部分的に画定する、容器と、
カートリッジくぼみを少なくとも部分的に画定するサセプタ材料内表面を備えるサセプタ材料であって、前記サセプタ材料内表面が複数の隙間を画定する、サセプタ材料と、
室温でゲルの形態のエアロゾル形成基体であって、前記ゲルが前記複数の隙間内に位置付けられている、エアロゾル形成基体とを備える、カートリッジ。 - 前記サセプタ材料が前記容器の少なくとも一部を形成し、前記サセプタ材料内表面が前記容器内表面の少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料がサセプタ材料外表面を備え、前記サセプタ材料外表面の少なくとも一部分が前記容器内表面に固定されている、請求項1または2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料内表面の少なくとも一部分が、前記カートリッジを通る気流通路および混合チャンバーのうちの少なくとも一つを画定する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記容器が、管状部分および前記管状部分の第一の端を横切って延びる基部部分を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料の少なくとも一部分が前記管状部分に配置されている、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料の少なくとも一部分が前記基部部分に配置されている、請求項5または6に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記管状部分の第二の端を横切って延びるシールをさらに備え、前記シールが前記管状部分に密封されている、請求項5、6または7に記載のカートリッジ。

- 前記隙間のそれぞれが最大断面寸法を有し、前記複数の隙間の数平均最大断面寸法が30マイクロメートル~300マイクロメートルである、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料が、前記サセプタ材料内表面と直交する方向に厚さを有し、平均厚さが3ミリメートル未満である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジと、
エアロゾル発生装置であって、
前記カートリッジを受容するための装置くぼみを画定するハウジングと、
前記カートリッジが前記装置くぼみ内に受容されている時に前記サセプタ材料を加熱するように配設された誘導発熱体を備える電気ヒーターと、
電力供給源と、
前記電力供給源から前記電気ヒーターへの電力の供給を制御するためのコントローラとを備えるエアロゾル発生装置と、を備えるエアロゾル発生システム。 - エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジを組み立てる方法であって、
カートリッジくぼみを少なくとも部分的に画定する内表面を備える容器を提供する工程と、
サセプタ材料を前記カートリッジくぼみの中に挿入する工程であって、前記サセプタ材料が複数の隙間を画定する、挿入する工程と、
前記サセプタ材料を前記容器の前記内表面の少なくとも一部分に固定する工程と、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記複数の隙間の中に挿入する工程と、
前記エアロゾル形成基体が室温でゲルの形態であるように、前記液体エアロゾル形成基体をゲル化する工程であって、前記ゲルが前記複数の隙間内に位置付けられている、工程とを含む、方法。 - エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジを組み立てる方法であって、
サセプタ材料を提供する工程と、
前記サセプタ材料の表面上に複数の隙間を形成する工程と、
前記サセプタ材料から容器を形成する工程であって、前記容器が、カートリッジくぼみを少なくとも部分的に画定する内表面を備え、前記複数の隙間を備える前記サセプタ材料の前記表面が、前記容器の前記内表面の少なくとも一部分を形成する工程と、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記複数の隙間の中に挿入する工程と、
前記エアロゾル形成基体が室温でゲルの形態であるように、前記液体エアロゾル形成基体をゲル化する工程であって、前記ゲルが前記複数の隙間内に位置付けられている、工程とを含む、方法。
