Claims (10)
- 充填製品充填プラントにおいて流体媒体を気化させるための装置(1)であって、傾斜気化器面(40)と、気化させる前記流体媒体を前記気化器面(40)に適用するための媒体供給管路(5)と、前記流体媒体を伝導するための前記気化器面(40)における複数の溝(44)とを備えており、前記気化器面(40)に沿って螺旋形態でかつ互いに交わることなく延在する前記複数の溝(44)は前記気化器面(40)の最上部領域から最下部領域まで延在していることを特徴とする、装置(1)。
- 前記気化器面(40)は気化器ハウジング(3)に収容されており、前記気化器ハウジング(3)の内壁の輪郭は、少なくとも前記傾斜気化器面(40)の領域において、前記気化器面(40)の前記輪郭にほぼ追従することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- キャリアガスを前記気化器面(40)上に伝導するキャリアガス供給管路(60)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記キャリアガス供給管路(60)は、円錐形及び/又は角錐形の、及び/又はコノイド状の前記気化器面(40)の周囲に配置され、前記キャリアガスをキャリアガス放出口(602)によって前記気化器面(40)上に出力する、キャリアガス流路(600)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記気化器面(40)は円錐形及び/又はコノイド状及び/又は角錐形の気化器本体(4)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記媒体供給管路(5)から流れる前記流体媒体を前記気化器面(40)の周囲に均一に分配するとき、前記気化器面(40)の上部領域はドーム形設計を有する媒体分配装置が上方向に隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記媒体分配装置は、前記媒体供給管路(5)によって前記流体媒体が適用されるドーム(42)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記媒体供給管路(5)から流れる前記流体媒体を前記気化器面(40)の周囲に均一に分配するとき、流体媒体を収容するための樋状部が前記ドーム(42)と前記気化器面(40)との間に配設されており、前記気化器面(40)に沿って延在する前記溝(44)は前記樋状部と流体連通していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記気化器面(40)の作業温度を超える沸騰温度を有する加熱媒体により動作するように構成された、前記気化器面(40)の加熱装置を設けていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記媒体供給管路(5)は一定の断面の管によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
