Claims (12)
- 互いに連通する複数の気孔(6)を備えた多孔質セラミックスを含む基材(2)と、
前記基材(2)の外面及び前記気孔(6)の壁面(7)に形成された炭素質薄膜(10)と、
前記炭素質薄膜(10)の表面及び内部に設けられたアミノ基(12)を含む官能基(13)とを有することを特徴とする人工骨(1)。 - 前記炭素質薄膜(10)はポリマー膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工骨(1)。
- 前記アミノ基(12)を構成する原子には窒素が含まれ、
前記炭素質薄膜(10)の表面及び内部における窒素の存在比は少なくとも3%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の人工骨(1)。 - 前記炭素質薄膜(10)の表面及び内部における窒素の存在比は少なくとも10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の人工骨(1)。
- 前記気孔(6)は直径の平均が50μm以上600μm以下の略球状をなし、
2つの前記気孔(6)を連通させる気孔間連通部(8)は直径の平均が5μm以上の略円形をなすことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1つの項に記載の人工骨(1)。 - 前記炭素質薄膜(10)は前記基材(2)の外面から0.3mm以上の深さの前記気孔(6)の壁面(7)に到るまで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1つの項に記載の人工骨(1)。
- 前記炭素質薄膜(10)は前記基材(2)の外面から1mm以上の深さの前記気孔(6)の壁面(7)に到るまで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の人工骨(1)。
- 前記炭素質薄膜(10)は前記基材(2)の中心部に位置する前記気孔(6)の壁面(7)に到るまで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1つの項に記載の人工骨(1)。
- 前記炭素質薄膜(10)は厚さが0.1μm以上3.0μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1つの項に記載の人工骨(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の人工骨(1)の製造方法であって、
前記基材(2)を準備する工程と、
炭化水素、及び、窒素原子を含む分子を含むプラズマを用いた化学気相堆積法により、前記基材(2)の外面及び前記気孔(6)の壁面(7)に前記炭素質薄膜(10)を形成する工程とを含むことを特徴とする人工骨(1)の製造方法。 - 前記窒素原子を含む分子は、アンモニアを含む請求項10に記載の人工骨(1)の製造方法。
- 前記窒素原子を含む分子は、シクロプロピルアミンを含む請求項10に記載の人工骨(1)の製造方法。
