Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る二次電池の構造を示した平面図であり、図2は本発明に係る二次電池の表面の構造を示した垂直断面図である。図3は本発明の第2実施形態に係る二次電池の構造を示した平面図であり、図4は本発明の第3実施形態に係る二次電池の構造を示した平面図である。
図5は本発明に係る電池モジュールの構造を示した平面図である。
図1から図4を参照すると、本発明に係る二次電池の製造方法は、シート状の外装材200の内側本体を形成する内側本体部200bを準備する内側本体部準備ステップと、内側本体部200b上に外装材200の一領域の温度を検知する複数の温度検知部300を配置する検知部配置ステップと、内側本体部200b上に複数の温度検知部300を互いに電気的に連結する回路部350を配置する回路部配置ステップと、内側本体部200b上に付着され、複数の温度検知部300の縁を覆い、かつ複数の温度検知部300を覆うように、外装材200の内側本体部200b上に絶縁フィルム200aを付着するフィルム付着ステップと、を含むことができる。

Claims (12)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するシート状の外装材と、
前記外装材内に挿入されて備えられ、前記外装材の一領域の温度を検知する複数の温度検知部と、を含む二次電池であって、
前記外装材は、
前記外装材の内側本体を形成する内側本体部と、前記内側本体部上に付着されて前記外装材の外表面を形成し、電気絶縁性を有する絶縁フィルムと、を含み、
前記複数の温度検知部のうち1つ以上は、PTC素子およびNTC素子を含み、
前記複数の温度検知部は前記内側本体部上に付着されており、
前記複数の温度検知部は前記絶縁フィルムにより覆われる、二次電池。 - 前記複数の温度検知部を互いに電気的に連結する回路部をさらに含み、
前記回路部は前記内側本体部上に付着されており、
前記回路部は前記絶縁フィルムにより覆われる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁フィルムの下面には、前記複数の温度検知部および前記回路部が配置されるように、上方に湾入した湾入部が形成されており、
(i)前記複数の温度検知部が備えられる領域、(ii)前記回路部が備えられる領域、および(iii)前記絶縁フィルムが配置された領域のうち、前記複数の温度検知部および前記回路部が備えられていない領域において、前記外装材の前記内側本体部と前記絶縁フィルムの外表面との間の距離が互いに同一である、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 外部に突出した形状を有する電極リードをさらに含み、
前記NTC素子は、前記複数の温度検知部のうち前記電極リードと隣接した温度検知部に備えられる、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極リードは正極リードおよび負極リードを含み、
前記NTC素子は、前記複数の温度検知部のうち前記負極リードと隣接した温度検知部に備えられる、請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記回路部は、前記複数の温度検知部をジグザグに連結する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁フィルムは、
前記外装材の前記内側本体部上に付着され、前記温度検知部および前記回路部の縁を覆っており、前記温度検知部および前記回路部が形成される位置に貫通孔が形成された第1絶縁フィルムと、
前記第1絶縁フィルムの上側表面に付着され、前記温度検知部および前記回路部を覆う第2絶縁フィルムと、を含む、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池と、
前記二次電池の前記温度検知部が付着された領域において前記外装材の温度に関する情報の提供を受ける制御部と、を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記温度検知部が付着された領域のうち一部領域の温度が一定値を超える場合、制御部が、(i)前記二次電池の電流を遮断するか、(ii)外部に警告信号を伝送する、電池モジュール。 - シート状の外装材の内側本体を形成する内側本体部を準備する内側本体部準備ステップと、
前記内側本体部上に複数の温度検知部を配置する検知部配置ステップと、
前記複数の温度検知部の縁を覆い、かつ前記複数の温度検知部を覆うように、前記内側本体部上に絶縁フィルムを付着するフィルム付着ステップと、を含み、
前記温度検知部のうち1つ以上は、PTC素子およびNTC素子を含む、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記検知部配置ステップの後に行われ、
前記内側本体部上に前記複数の温度検知部を互いに電気的に連結する回路部を配置する回路部配置ステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記回路部配置ステップにおいて、前記回路部は、蒸着またはプリント方式により前記外装材の前記内側本体部上に配置される、請求項10に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁フィルムは第1絶縁フィルムおよび第2絶縁フィルムを含み、
前記フィルム付着ステップは、
前記検知部配置ステップおよび前記回路部配置ステップの前に行われ、貫通孔が形成された前記第1絶縁フィルムを前記内側本体部上に付着する第1フィルム付着ステップと、
前記検知部配置ステップおよび前記回路部配置ステップの後に行われ、前記複数の温度検知部および前記回路部を覆うように前記第2絶縁フィルムを前記第1絶縁フィルムの上側表面上に付着する第2フィルム付着ステップと、を含み、
前記検知部配置ステップおよび前記回路部配置ステップにおいて、前記複数の温度検知部および前記回路部が、前記第1絶縁フィルムに形成された前記貫通孔内に配置されることで、前記第1絶縁フィルムは、前記複数の温度検知部および前記回路部の縁を覆う、請求項11に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
