Description
以上のことより、二次電池の外面に絶縁性シートと、この絶縁性シートの上面に保護回路と接続する浸水感知用の導通感知電極と、電池パックのケースの内側平面端部に導電性シートとを備え、また、導通感知電極の導通状態を電池パックの保護回路内の導通検出回路に入力し、電池パック内に導通検出回路の出力が保護回路内の保護ICの充放電制御回路に入力される制御回路を備えることで、導通感知電極と制御回路が兼用できるので、部品点数が少なく、組み立て工数が少なく、かつ、低コストの電池パックを提供することができる。

Claims (2)
- 二次電池と、水分によって導通させられる間隔をおいて配置された2つのシート状の導通感知電極と、導電性シートと、絶縁性シートと、平板状の保護回路と、ケースとを有する電池パックであって、
前記ケースは前記二次電池を固定する突起部を備えて、前記二次電池は前記ケースにて固定され、
前記二次電池の外面には前記絶縁性シートを配置し、
前記ケースの内側平面部と前記絶縁性シートの間には前記導電性シートと2つの前記シート状の導通感知電極とを対向させて配置し、
前記シート状の導通感知電極と前記導電性シートとの間には空間を有し、
前記シート状の導通感知電極を前記保護回路に接続し、
前記二次電池と前記シート状の導通感知電極と前記導電性シートと前記絶縁性シートと平板状の前記保護回路とが前記ケース内に収容されたことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 2つの前記シート状の導通感知電極の間の前記間隔は0.1〜0.3mmである、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
