Description
幾つかの国々における建築規則は、概して、3つよりも多くの階層から成る建造物は、コンクリートまたは組積造から成る、階層の荷重を支持する耐力壁を有していなければならないことを要求している。これらの規則は、耐火要求に基づくものである。構造的に堅固である鉄骨枠または木骨枠によって荷重が支えられる建造物を建設することが可能であるが、このような枠は、火によって著しく弱化させられてしまう。
建造物枠を形成する工程であって、該枠が、複数の垂直な通路を含み、少なくとも1つのより高い階層からの荷重を支持するために十分な強さを有し、少なくとも1つのより高い階層の荷重に対する荷重経路を規定する、建造物枠を形成する工程と、
少なくとも1つのより高い階層を少なくとも部分的に形成する工程と、
通路に硬化可能な物質を充填する工程と、
通路内の硬化可能な物質を硬化させ、建造物内に柱を形成する工程と、
枠の荷重経路における断絶部を創出し、これにより、少なくとも1つのより高い階層からの荷重を建造物枠から硬化させられた柱へと移動する工程と
を有している。
図面を参照すると、図1は、多層建造物の1つの階の概略図を示している。この階は、基礎スラブ10を含んでいる。基礎スラブ10上には、壁枠12が配置されている。この実施形態の壁枠12は、スラブ10上に内壁および外壁のレイアウトを形づくるために配置されている。
Claims (12)
- 建造物を建設する方法であって、該方法が、
建造物枠を形成する工程であって、該枠が、複数の垂直な通路を含み、少なくとも1つのより高い階層からの荷重を支持するために十分な強さを有し、前記少なくとも1つのより高い階層の荷重に対する荷重経路を規定する、建造物枠を形成する工程と、
少なくとも1つのより高い階層を少なくとも部分的に形成する工程と、
前記通路に硬化可能な物質を充填する工程と、
前記通路内の前記硬化可能な物質を硬化させ、前記建造物内に柱を形成する工程と、
前記枠の前記荷重経路における断絶部を創出し、これにより、前記少なくとも1つのより高い階層からの荷重を前記建造物枠から前記硬化させられた柱へと移動する工程と
を有する、建造物を建設する方法。 - 前記建造物枠が、構造用鋼から形成されている、請求項1に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記建造物枠が、0.75mmと1.6mmとの間の公称厚さを有する冷間圧延形鋼により形成されている、請求項2に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記硬化可能な物質が、コンクリートである、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記方法が、前記建造物枠の頂部にデッキ型枠を配置して、該デッキ型枠に前記通路を流体的に接続する工程を含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記通路に前記硬化可能な物質を充填する前記工程を、前記構造物枠上に床面を完成させるために前記硬化可能な物質を型枠内に注ぎ込むことと同時に行う、請求項5に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 少なくともいくつかの内壁枠を、外壁枠を配置することと同時に配置する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記建造物枠が、垂直なスタッドと、水平なレールとを含み、前記建造物が、取り外し可能な少なくとも1つの固定部材を用いて前記スタッドに1つのレールを固定することによって作られた荷重移動手段を含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定部材を用いて前記スタッドに最上部レールを固定する、請求項8に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記荷重経路における断絶部を創出する前記工程が、前記取り外し可能な固定部材を取り外すことにより達成される、請求項8または請求項9に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記建造物枠が、単独のより高い階層の荷重よりは大きいが、構造全体の完成後の荷重よりは小さな荷重でせん断するように配置されたせん断ヘッドを含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
- 前記柱の硬化に続いて前記せん断ヘッドをせん断させることによって前記荷重経路における前記断絶部に影響を与え、鉛直荷重を、前記枠ではなく、前記柱により受け止める、請求項11に記載の建造物を建設する方法。
