Description
ポリプロピレン系樹脂A(日本ポリプロ社製 商品名「ウィンテックWFX4T」)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂B(日本ポリプロ社製 商品名「「ウィンテックWEG7T」)、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート及びアゾジカルボンアミドを表1に示した所定量ずつ押出機に供給して溶融混練してTダイからシート状に押出し、厚みが450μmである発泡性樹脂シートを製造した。発泡性樹脂シートを一辺が30cmの平面正方形状に切り出した。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡シートに交流電界を加えなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様の要領で圧電シートを得た。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡シートに交流電界を加えなかったこと以外は実施例4と同様の要領で圧電シートを得た。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡シートに交流電界を加えなかったこと以外は実施例5と同様の要領で圧電シートを得た。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡シートに直流電界を加えた後に交流電界を加えたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の要領で圧電シートを得た。
圧電シートの任意の部分から一辺が10cmの平面正方形状の試験シートを切り出した。一辺が10cmの平面正方形状で且つ厚みが100μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートシートの片面に厚みが20μmのアルミニウム箔を積層一体化してなる複合シートを3枚用意した。複合シートを第1~3複合シートと称する。
Claims (8)
- 合成樹脂発泡シートを含み、表面の純水での測定による接触角が30°以上、58°以下であり、最大の発生電圧の相加平均値が124.6mV以上、180.7mV以下であることを特徴とする圧電シート。
- 合成樹脂発泡シートがポリオレフィン系樹脂を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電シート。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂がポリプロピレン系樹脂を含有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧電シート。
- 請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の圧電シートと、上記圧電シートの第一の面に積層一体化されたシグナル電極と、上記圧電シートの第二の面に積層一体化されたグランド電極とを有することを特徴とする圧電センサ。
- 合成樹脂発泡シートに交流処理電力が0.2~0.8kVAにて交流電界を加えた後、上記合成樹脂発泡シートに直流処理電圧の絶対値が5~40kVにて直流電界を加えて上記合成樹脂発泡シートに電荷を注入して帯電させ、表面の純水での測定による接触角が30°以上、58°以下である圧電シートを製造することを特徴とする圧電シートの製造方法。
- 合成樹脂発泡シートがポリオレフィン系樹脂を含有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧電シートの製造方法。
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂がポリプロピレン系樹脂を含有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧電シートの製造方法。
- 交流電界を加えた後の合成樹脂発泡シートの表面の純水での測定による接触角が80°以下であることを特徴とする請求項5~7の何れか1項記載の圧電シートの製造方法。
