Description
これに加えて本発明に属する平たいフィルター要素の柔軟性およびコンパクト性が、残留体積放出量を改善し、かつ原料含有量を減少させる。
濾過プロセスに関して知られている問題は、フィルターシステム内の残留体積の処理である。本発明による装置は、圧力容器内での本システムの使用により、柔軟な濾過容器を外部圧力によって押しつぶし、これにより部分的~完全に空にすることで、残留体積を減少させることができる。なかでも非常に高価な媒体の場合、これはかなりの超過出費を阻止できる。さらにより空にするために、これに加えて濾過容器を気体(例えば無菌空気)で十分に洗浄することができる。
Claims (17)
- 懸架して配置された複数のフィルター要素を備えた圧力容器(1)を備える、液体および気体から固体粒子を分離するための装置であって、前記フィルター要素がプラスチック製の柔軟な容器(2)内に配置されており、前記柔軟な容器(2)が、前記圧力容器(1)内に配置されており、かつ前記圧力容器(1)に対して耐密に密閉されており、ならびに前記柔軟な容器(2)が前記圧力容器(1)から取り出し可能である装置において、前記フィルター要素が、それぞれ平たく形成されており、かつ平行に相並んで配置されて1つのフィルターパケットを形成するように相互に結合されており、前記個々のフィルター要素の間では、前記フィルター要素の鉛直な長手の延びの大部分で隙間が存在しており、かつ前記フィルター要素が互いに対して押圧可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記フィルター要素が、水平に延在する横断結合部材(5)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数の前記フィルター要素が、ヘッド要素(10)内で、注型可能なプラスチックまたは接着剤を使って固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルター要素がそれぞれ、平たい支持格子(3’)と、前記支持格子(3’)に覆い被さって周囲で閉じられているフィルター材(4)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルター要素が、前記フィルター材(4)によって濾過された懸濁液(9)を排出するための流路(3’’)を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記支持格子(3’)が、柔軟なプラスチックまたは多孔質で柔軟な材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルターパケット内の前記フィルター要素が、追加的に、水平で穴またはスリットのあいた濾過液導出管(6)によって安定されているおよび位置固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、4、5、6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(2)の内部で、1列または複数列のフィルターパケットが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記柔軟な容器(2)の接続管(2’、2’、2’’)が、前記柔軟な容器(2)の上の領域で、または横もしくは下方で前記柔軟な容器(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記接続管(2’、2’’)が、前記柔軟な容器(2)の内部でチューブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力容器(1)における横フランジ継手(1’’’)内にプレス管(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記内側の柔軟な容器(2)が、外部圧力によって押圧され得ることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第1の接続管(2’)により前記柔軟な容器(2)を懸濁液(9)で満たし、前記柔軟な容器(2)が第2の接続管(2’’)によって排気されるプロセスステップと、
圧力差によって誘発される濾過および排気接続管接続部(1’’)の閉鎖および前記懸濁液(9)の前記フィルター要素による濾過のプロセスステップと、
濾過液をプレス管(8)内で濾過液導出接続管(1’’’)に通して排出するプロセスステップと、
を順次実施されるように有する、請求項1に記載のフィルターの稼働方法。 - 前記圧力差の反転による前記フィルター要素のバックフラッシュ

前記柔軟な容器(2)が、前記圧力容器(1)内に圧力を加えることで押しつぶされてコンパクトにされる
