Claims (16)
- 流体排気システムであって、
中を通る流体管を有する外科装置と、
前記流体管と流体的に結合された真空チューブと、
ハウジングと、出口ポートに流体連通した入口ポートと、第1フィルターと、第2フィルターとを備え、前記入口ポートが前記真空チューブおよび前記流体管と流体的に結合された静電集塵器であって、
該静電集塵器が、
前記ハウジング内に位置し電源と電気的に結合された電極であって、前記入口ポートを通るプルーム内の複数の粒子をイオン化するように働きうる電極と、
該電極の下流に位置しイオン化された前記複数の粒子を引き寄せるように働きうる少なくとも1つの収集面と、
少なくとも1つの前記収集面から前記複数の粒子を受け取るように働きうる収集トレイと、を有し、
前記第1フィルターは、前記ハウジング内で前記入口ポートの近くに位置し、前記入口ポートからの流体の流れから粗い粒子を取り除くように働くことができ、前記第2フィルターは、前記ハウジング内で前記出口ポートの近くに位置し、前記出口ポートへの流体の流れから粒子を取り除くように働くことができる静電集塵器と、
前記静電集塵器の前記出口ポート、前記流体管および、前記真空チューブと流体的に結合された真空源であって、前記流体管、前記真空チューブ、及び前記静電集塵器を通る前記流体の流れを生成するように動作可能な真空源と、
前記入口ポートの外面の近くに位置する多岐管を備え、該多岐管は、流体の流れから液体を除去するように働きうる流体トラップを含む多岐管と、
を備え、
前記静電集塵器は、前記流体の流れ内の逆に帯電した粒子の少なくとも一部を捕えるように帯電される集塵セルを備える、流体排気システム。 - 前記静電集塵器は前記真空チューブの途中に位置する、請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記流体の流れ内の前記静電集塵器の下流に位置する高効率粒子空気フィルターを更に備える請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記真空チューブは、前記外科装置と前記ハウジングの間に流体的に結合された第1部分と、前記ハウジングと前記真空源の間に流体的に結合された第2部分とを備える請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記静電集塵器と電気的に結合され前記収集面を帯電させるように動作可能な電源を更に備える請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記静電集塵器と電気的に結合された電源を更に備え、前記外科装置は少なくとも第1ボタン及び第2ボタンを備え、前記第1及び第2ボタンの少なくとも一方は前記電源を制御するように働きうる、請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記真空源の動作中に該流体排気システムを通る前記流体の流れを遮断するように働きうるバルブを更に備える請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記バルブは前記静電集塵器のハウジング内に位置し、前記バルブは前記ハウジングの入口ポート内に配置され、第3ボタンが前記バルブを開閉するように働きうる、請求項8記載の流体排気システム。
- 中を通る流体管を有する外科装置を準備するステップと、
前記流体管と流体的に結合された真空チューブを準備するステップと、
静電集塵器の出口、前記流体管、および前記真空チューブと流体的に結合され流体の流れを生成するように動作可能な真空源を準備するステップと、
前記流体の流れ内に配置された静電集塵器であって、プルームから複数の粒子を前記プルームの流れへの抗力を生成することなく取り除くように働きうる静電集塵器を準備するステップであって、
該静電集塵器が、
ハウジングと、出口ポートに流体連通した入口ポートと、第1フィルターと、第2フィルターとを備え、前記入口ポートが前記真空チューブおよび前記流体管と流体的に結合され、前記ハウジング内に位置し電源と電気的に結合された電極であって、前記入口ポートを通るプルーム内の複数の粒子をイオン化するように働きうる電極と、該電極の下流に位置し該電極の下流に位置しイオン化された前記複数の粒子を引き寄せるように働きうる少なくとも1つの収集面と、
少なくとも1つの前記収集面から前記複数の粒子を受け取るように働きうる収集トレイと、を有し、
前記第1フィルターは、前記ハウジング内で前記入口ポートの近くに位置し、前記入口ポートからの流体の流れから粗い粒子を取り除くように働くことができ、前記第2フィルターは、前記ハウジング内で前記出口ポートの近くに位置し、前記出口ポートへの流体の流れから粒子を取り除くように働くことができる静電集塵器を準備するステップと、
前記入口ポートの外面の近くに位置する多岐管を備え、該多岐管は、流体の流れから液体を除去するように働きうる流体トラップを含む多岐管を準備するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記静電集塵器と電気的に結合された電源を準備するステップを更に含む請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記収集面は管の半径方向内側面から成り、前記収集面の縦軸は垂直に配置される、請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記電極は前記管内に同軸で位置するワイヤーを含む、請求項11記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記流体排気システムは、さらに、前記ハウジング内に位置し少なくとも一部の粒子を前記収集面から前記収集トレイへ移すように動作可能な清掃要素を備え、該清掃要素は平面エラストマー・ブレードと、前記ブレードを通る開口であって、前記電極が同軸で通って位置する開口と、前記ブレードと結合されたシャフトと、前記シャフトと結合され前記ブレードを、前記管を少なくとも部分的に通って動かすように動作可能なアクチュエータとを備える、請求項11記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記アクチュエータと電気的に結合されたコントローラと、前記収集面の近くに位置し前記コントローラと電気的に接続されたセンサーとを更に備え、前記収集面の電気量が所定の値未満である時、前記コントローラは前記アクチュエータを作動させるように動作可能である、請求項13記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記収集面は(1)少なくとも2つの同軸で入れ子の管、(2)ハチの巣形状に配置された少なくとも3つの六角形管、及び(3)垂直に配置された板のうち少なくとも1つから成る、請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
- 前記多岐管は前記ハウジング内に位置する無線周波数識別読取り器と通信する無線周波数識別タグを備える、請求項1記載の流体排気システム。
