Claims (3)
- 回転運動が阻止された状態でブレーキケーブル(37)に連結されるねじ軸(38)と、当該ねじ軸(38)をその軸方向移動を可能として支持するアクチュエータケース(39)と、正逆回転を自在として前記アクチュエータケース(39)に支持される電動モータ(40)と、当該電動モータ(40)の作動に応じて回転することを可能として前記ねじ軸(38)に螺合するナット(61)を有するとともに前記電動モータ(40)で発生する回転運動を前記ねじ軸(38)の直線運動に変換することを可能として前記アクチュエータケース(39)内に収容される運動変換機構(41)と、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を緩める側に前記ねじ軸(38)を移動させる際に圧縮される弾発部材(80)とを有し、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を牽引することによるパーキングブレーキ状態ならびに前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を緩めることによるパーキングブレーキ解除状態が、前記電動モータ(40)の回転方向変化で切替えられるようにした電動パーキングブレーキ装置において、
前記ナット(61)が、制限された範囲での軸方向移動を可能として前記ねじ軸(38)に螺合され、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を緩める側への前記ねじ軸(38)の軸方向移動端を当該ねじ軸(38)もしくは当該ねじ軸(38)とともに軸方向に移動する連動部材(76)を当接させて規制する移動規制部(74f)が、前記ナット(61)との間に前記弾発部材(80)を介在させるようにして前記アクチュエータケース(39)内の固定位置に配設され、前記弾発部材(80)が、前記ブレーキケーブル(37)を緩める側への前記ねじ軸(38)の軸方向移動時に前記移動規制部(74f)による移動端規制後の前記ナット(61)の軸方向移動に応じて圧縮されるようにして、前記アクチュエータケース(39)内に収容、固定される内挿部材(74)と前記ナット(61)との間に介設されることを特徴とする電動パーキングブレーキ装置。 - 前記移動規制部(74f)が、前記内挿部材(74)に一体的に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動パーキングブレーキ装置。
- 前記弾発部材が皿ばね(80)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動パーキングブレーキ装置。
