・ 排水路を有する強膜床を眼の強膜中に置く工程と、
・ 緑内障排水用インプラントを強膜床に入れる工程であって、ベースプレートが強膜床を水密で閉じるようにする、工程と、
・ 手術後のインプラントの定着段階の最中またはその後で、温度勾配を生成するエネルギー源を用いて減圧蓋を動かす工程と
を備えた方法によっても達成されうる。

Claims (8)
- 房水を排出可能な減圧弁(11)を備えた緑内障排水用インプラント(10、10’)において、
前記減圧弁(11)が減圧蓋(13)を有し、前記減圧蓋は、強膜(101)中に埋め込まれうる前記インプラント(10、10’)のベースプレート(12)と可動に連結されていて、
前記減圧蓋(13)は、前記減圧蓋(13)を、手術後の定着段階の最中またはその後に非侵襲で動かすことができる操作領域を有し、
前記操作領域が、とりわけ二方向記憶効果を備えた形状記憶材料(17’)の形態での熱機械効果を有する領域(17)を有し、その結果、前記減圧蓋(13)は、非侵襲で温度変化を用いて動かされうるものであって、
前記温度変化は、熱、光、赤外線放射、又は、誘導によって引き起こされることを特徴とする、インプラント(10、10’)。 - 前記インプラント(10、10’)は、最大0.6mmの厚さの円板形状で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
- 前記減圧蓋(13)は、弾性ヒンジとして機能するストッパ領域(12’)を介して、可動で前記ベースプレート(12)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
- 前記ベースプレート(12)は、段付き形状で形成されていて、前記ベースプレート(12)は、前記減圧蓋(13)のストッパ領域(12’)中で、前記ストッパ領域(12’)に対向する前記減圧蓋(13)の開口領域(12”)中よりも厚さが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
- 前記減圧蓋(13)は、前記ベースプレート(12)により取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
- 前記減圧蓋(13)はシリコンを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
- 前記減圧蓋(13)は、角膜(107)の側で表面構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
- 前記減圧弁(11)は、眼圧が20mBar(15mmHg)を上回る場合に初めて房水を排出するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(10、10’)。
