Claims (7)
- 動力車両における調整要素をモータ駆動で調整するためのスピンドル駆動装置であって、管状又はハーフシェル状のスピンドル駆動装置ハウジング(1)を備え、該スピンドル駆動装置ハウジング(1)の一方の端部領域に、環状又はディスク状の結合部(4)が嵌め込まれると共に固定され、前記結合部(4)が、弾性減衰材(15,15`)で構成された減衰要素(20)を介して、軸線方向駆動運動を伝達するための接続構造(10)に接続されているスピンドル駆動装置において、
前記結合部(4)が、周方向の内壁に周方向の溝(8)を含む同軸の凹部(7)を有し、前記スピンドル駆動装置ハウジング(1)側における前記接続構造(10)の端部領域が、前記結合部(4)の前記凹部(7)内に軸線方向に突入すると共に、前記溝(8)内に半径方向に突入する周方向のフランジ(12)を有し、前記溝(8)の側壁と前記フランジ(12)の側壁との間に、前記減衰要素(20)が配置されたギャップ(13,14)が形成され、前記環状又はディスク状の結合部(4)が、2個以上の環状又はディスク状のセグメント(3,3`)で構成されていることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のスピンドル駆動装置であって、前記溝(8)の底面と前記フランジ(12)における周方向の外面との間に、前記減衰要素(20)の第2部分が配置された第2ギャップ(14)が形成されていることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のスピンドル駆動装置であって、前記フランジ(12)が、半径方向外方に向けて円錐状又は部分円錐状にテーパ付けされた断面を有し、前記溝(8)が、前記フランジの前記テーパ付けされた断面に対応する断面を有することを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のスピンドル駆動装置であって、前記接続構造(10)が、前記結合部(4)の外端面(17)に軸線方向に対向する支持フランジ(18)を有し、前記結合部(4)の前記外端面(17)と前記支持フランジ(18)との間に、前記減衰要素(20)の第3部分が配置された第2ギャップ(14)が形成されていることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のスピンドル駆動装置であって、前記減衰要素が、前記結合部と前記接続構造との間の前記ギャップにおける射出成形プラスチックで構成されていることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。
- 請求項1又は4に記載のスピンドル駆動装置であって、前記減衰要素が、前記フランジの輪郭及び場合によって前記支持フランジの輪郭に加硫され、又は前記溝の輪郭及び場合によって前記結合部の前記端面に加硫されたプレハブの減衰要素であることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のスピンドル駆動装置であって、前記2個以上の環状又はディスク状のセグメント(3,3`)が、2個以上の同一の環状又はディスク状のセグメント(3,3`)であることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置。
