Description
本発明のこの他の有利な展開は従属項に記載してある。
ハウジング6は周溝9を有し、支持リング3をスペーサ4とともに固定し且つ保持する割りワッシャ8が周溝9と係合する。割りワッシャ8はスペーサ4に当接し、エラストマー部材2をハウジング6内に予備応力状態で保持する。

Claims (4)
- ハウジング(6)、このハウジング(6)内に配置されたエラストマー部材(2)、及びこのエラストマー部材(2)内に配置された継手部材(1)を含むエラストマー継手であり、前記ハウジング(6)及びエラストマー部材(2)の形状は該ハウジング(6)の内壁とエラストマー部材(2)との間に、該エラストマー部材が組み立て前のそれに応力がかかっていない状態で自由空間(10)が形成されるごときものであり、また、前記自由空間(10)は前記エラストマー部材(2)がハウジング(6)内に組み立てられた後は該エラストマー部材により充填される形式のものにおいて、
前記ハウジング(6)の前記内壁は円筒形であり、前記エラストマー部材(2)の軸線方向端部のところでスペーサ(4)が前記エラストマー部材と前記内壁との間に設けられており、
支持リング(3)が前記エラストマー部材(2)のところに配置されており、前記スペーサ(4)は前記支持リングのところに配置されていて、これらスペーサ(4)及び支持リング(3)は一部品であり、
また、前記スペーサ(4)は、前記支持リング(3)に設けられた包囲カラーとして設計されており、かつ、
前記カラーには、前記ハウジング(6)の前記内壁まで穏やかに移行するように面取り(7)が設けられている、ことを特徴とするエラストマー継手。 - ハウジング(6)、このハウジング(6)内に配置されたエラストマー部材(2)、及びこのエラストマー部材(2)内に配置された継手部材(1)を含むエラストマー継手であり、前記ハウジング(6)及びエラストマー部材(2)の形状は該ハウジング(6)の内壁とエラストマー部材(2)との間に、該エラストマー部材が組み立て前のそれに応力がかかっていない状態で自由空間(10)が形成されるごときものであり、また、前記自由空間(10)は前記エラストマー部材(2)がハウジング(6)内に組み立てられた後は該エラストマー部材により充填される形式のものにおいて、
前記ハウジング(6)の前記内壁は円筒形であり、前記エラストマー部材(2)の軸線方向端部のところでスペーサ(4)が前記エラストマー部材と前記内壁との間に設けられており、
支持リング(3)が前記エラストマー部材(2)のところに配置されており、前記スペーサ(4)は前記支持リングのところに配置されており、
前記スペーサ(4)は、前記支持リング(3)を包囲するL形状断面の挿入部分であり、また、
前記スペーサ(4)と隣接して、楔形状断面の移行エレメント(5)が配置されている、ことを特徴とするエラストマー継手。 - 請求項2に記載のエラストマー継手において、前記移行エレメント(5)はプラスチック製である、ことを特徴とするエラストマー継手。
- 請求項2に記載のエラストマー継手において、前記スペーサ(4)は、前記ハウジング(6)の溝(9)に係合する割りワッシャ(8)と隣接している、ことを特徴とするエラストマー継手。
