Claims (9)
- 紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光を放出するようにそれぞれが構成された複数の光源(104)であって、空間(100)の対応する小部分(108)を照明するようにそれぞれが構成された複数の光源(104)と、
1つまたは複数の画像を取得するように構成された画像センサ(106)と、
前記画像センサにより取得された画像を用いて、前記空間(100)内で、前記紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光の空間分布を検出し、
前記画像センサにより取得された画像を用いて、前記空間(100)におけるヒト(114)または動物の位置座標を決定し、かつ
前記ヒト(114)または前記動物の前記位置座標(112)、および光の前記空間分布(110)に基づき、前記ヒト(114)または前記動物が存在しない前記空間(100)の小部分(108a)が、所定の閾値強度にある前記紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光(118)に露光(116)されるように、且つ、前記ヒトまたは前記動物(302a)が、前記露光(310)された小部分(304a)から安全距離(312)内にいるとき、前記所定の閾値強度にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光(118)に対する前記空間の小部分(304a)の露光(310)を終了させるように、前記複数の光源(104)を制御する
ように構成された制御エンジン(107)と、
を備える光制御システム。 - 前記安全距離(312)は、0.5mから10mの範囲である、請求項1に記載の光制御システム。
- 前記制御エンジンは、前記検出されたヒト(114)または動物の位置(112)、および光の空間分布(110)に基づき、前記ヒト(114)または前記動物が、前記露光された小部分(204)に入ったとき、前記所定のスペクトル範囲内の光(118)に対する前記空間(200)の小部分(204)の露光(212)を終了させるべく、前記複数の光源(104)を制御するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の光制御システム。
- 前記複数の光源(104)のうちの、1つの光源によって照明される前記空間(200)の小部分(216)と、他の光源によって照明される前記空間(200)の小部分(204)とは重複している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の光制御システム。
- 前記複数の光源(104)のうちの、1つの光源によって照明される前記空間(200)の小部分(108a)と、他の光源によって照明される前記空間(200)の小部分(108b)とは重複していない、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の光制御システム。
- 前記紫外スペクトル範囲は、UV-Cの範囲内にある、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の光制御システム。
- 前記所定のスペクトル範囲は、前記複数の光源のすべてに対して等しい、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の光制御システム。
- 前記制御エンジン(107)または前記画像センサ(106)は、前記空間(100)におけるヒト(114)または動物の位置座標を決定するように構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の光制御システム。
- 空間の小部分を、所定の閾値強度で紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光に露光させるための方法であって、
前記空間の1つまたは複数の画像を取得するステップと、
取得された画像に基づき、前記空間内のヒトまたは動物の位置座標を検出するステップ(404)と、
取得された画像に基づき、前記空間内における、前記紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光の空間分布を検出するステップ(402)と、
前記検出されたヒトまたは動物の位置座標、および前記検出された空間内における紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光の空間分布に基づき、紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光を放出するように、かつ前記空間の対応する小部分を照明するようにそれぞれが構成された前記空間に配置された複数の光源を制御することにより、前記ヒトまたは動物が存在しない空間の小部分を、前記所定の閾値強度で紫外スペクトル範囲内にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光に露光させるステップ(406)と、
前記ヒトまたは前記動物が、前記露光された小部分から安全距離内にいることに応答して、前記所定の閾値強度にある所定のスペクトル範囲内の光に対する前記空間の小部分の露光を終了させるステップと、
を含む方法(400)。
