- 基板、
前記基板に交互に配置され、上面から見て、第1のフォトダイオードのそれぞれの面積が、第2のフォトダイオードのそれぞれの面積より小さい第1のフォトダイオードと第2のフォトダイオード、
前記基板上に配置された中間層、
前記中間層に配置され、前記第1のフォトダイオード及び前記第2のフォトダイオードの上に配置され、導光構造の屈折率が、前記中間層の屈折率より大きい複数の導光構造、
前記中間層上に配置されたマイクロレンズ層、および
前記中間層と前記マイクロレンズ層との間に配置され、複数のカラーフィルタを有するカラーフィルタ層を含み、
前記複数の導光構造は、前記複数のカラーフィルタのうち同じフィルタの下に配置されるイメージセンサ。 - 前記導光構造の側壁と前記導光構造の上面との間の角度は、65°~90°の間であり、前記導光構造は、断面において長方形または台形の形状に形成されている請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。
- 前記導光構造の消衰係数は、0.1~0.3の間であり、且つ
前記導光構造の屈折率は1.4~2.0の間である請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。 - 前記導光構造の消衰係数は、0.001~0.01の間であり、且つ
前記導光構造の屈折率は1.4~2.0の間である請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。 - 前記導光構造の屈折率は1.4~2.0の間であり、
前記第1のフォトダイオードの少なくとも一部の上に配置された前記導光構造は、0.1から0.3の間の消衰係数を有し、且つ
前記第2のフォトダイオードの少なくとも一部の上に配置された前記導光構造は、0.001~0.01の間の消衰係数を有する請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。 - 前記マイクロレンズ層は、複数のマイクロレンズを含み、
前記マイクロレンズのそれぞれは、前記第1のフォトダイオードの1つおよび前記第2のフォトダイオードの1つの上に配置され、且つ
前記カラーフィルタのそれぞれは、2つの隣接するマイクロレンズと重なる請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。 - 前記カラーフィルタのそれぞれは、前記マイクロレンズの1つの下にある前記第1のフォトダイオードの1つと、前記マイクロレンズの1つに隣接する前記マイクロレンズの1つの下にある前記第2のフォトダイオードの1つに対応し、
隣接するカラーフィルタは異なる色を有し、且つ
前記複数のカラーフィルタは、上面から見て長方形の形状及び/又は正方形の形状に形成されている請求項6に記載のイメージセンサ。 - 前記マイクロレンズ層上に配置されたパッシベーション層をさらに含む請求項1に記載のイメージセンサ。
- 基板、
前記基板に交互に配置され、上面から見て、第1のフォトダイオードのそれぞれの面積が、第2のフォトダイオードのそれぞれの面積より小さい第1のフォトダイオードと第2のフォトダイオード、
前記基板上に配置された中間層、
前記中間層に配置され、前記第1のフォトダイオード及び前記第2のフォトダイオードの上に配置された複数の導光構造、
前記中間層上に配置された複数のカラーフィルタを有するカラーフィルタアレイ、および
前記カラーフィルタアレイ上に配置され、複数のマイクロレンズを含み、
前記カラーフィルタのそれぞれが、2つの隣接するマイクロレンズと重なるマイクロレンズ層を含み、
前記複数の導光構造は、前記複数のカラーフィルタのうち同じフィルタの下に配置されるイメージセンサ。 - 前記導光構造の屈折率は、前記中間層の屈折率より大きく、
前記マイクロレンズのそれぞれは、前記第1のフォトダイオードの1つおよび前記第2のフォトダイオードの1つの上に配置され、
前記カラーフィルタのそれぞれは、前記マイクロレンズの1つの下にある前記第1のフォトダイオードの1つと、前記マイクロレンズの1つに隣接する前記マイクロレンズの1つの下にある前記第2のフォトダイオードの1つに対応し、且つ
隣接するカラーフィルタは、異なる色を有する請求項9に記載のイメージセンサ。
