e)傾きが変化したとき、出力機器において信号を出力するステップと、

Claims (10)
- ブレーキシステムのブレーキパッドの摩耗挙動を分析する方法であって、少なくとも:
a)パッド支持プレート(10)と、摩擦値が互いに異なる少なくとも2つ以上の摩擦材料層(12,13)からなる摩擦ライニングと、を有するそれぞれ1つまたは複数のブレーキパッド(6a,6b)を有する、少なくとも1つまたは複数のブレーキを備えるとともに、少なくとも1つの評価装置(9)を備えるブレーキシステムを用意するステップと、
b)ブレーキ毎の、制動時に生じる摩耗の程度を、ブレーキ毎の少なくとも1つの摩耗センサを用いて求めるステップと、
c)ブレーキ毎の、制動時に使用されるブレーキエネルギを、前記評価装置により求めるステップと、
d)前記ステップb)で求めた摩耗測定値を、ステップc)で求めたブレーキエネルギ値または走行距離に応じて増加する摩耗の増加の勾配を繰り返し求めるステップと、
e)前記勾配が変化したとき、前記評価装置(9)により出力機器に信号を出力するステップと、
を有する、ブレーキシステムのブレーキパッドの摩耗挙動を分析する方法。 - ステップe)において、少なくとも前記勾配が所定の限界値を超えたとき、前記出力機器に信号を出力することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- ステップe)において、少なくとも前記勾配が公差範囲または公差帯を超えたとき、出力機器に信号を出力することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキパッド(6a,6b)のすべてが、前記ライニング支持プレート(10)と、少なくとも2つ以上の摩擦材料層(12,13)からなる前記摩擦ライニングとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのブレーキパッド(6a,6b)の前記摩擦材料層(12,13)のうちの少なくとも1つの摩擦材料層の厚さ(D1)は、当該ブレーキパッドの最終摩耗寸法に相当し、この最終摩耗寸法に達したことが検知されたとき、前記信号を出力することを特徴とする、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法を実施するブレーキシステムであって、少なくとも:
a)ライニング支持プレート(10)と、摩擦測定値が互いに異なる少なくとも2つ以上の摩擦材料層(12,13)からなる摩擦ライニングと、を有するそれぞれ1つまたは複数のブレーキパッド(6a,6b)を有する、少なくとも1つまたは複数のブレーキを備えるとともに、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法を実施するように設計された少なくとも1つの評価装置(9)を備えることを特徴とするブレーキシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのブレーキパッドの前記摩擦材料層のうちの少なくとも1つの摩擦材料層(12)の厚さ(D1)は、当該ブレーキパッドの最終摩耗寸法に相当することを特徴とする、請求項6記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記摩擦材料層(12,13)のうちの外側の摩擦材料層の厚さは、内側の摩擦材料層の厚さ(D1)より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記ブレーキは、ディスクブレーキであることを特徴とする、請求項6から8いずれか1項記載のブレーキシステム。
- 前記ディスクブレーキは、圧縮空気操作式のディスクブレーキとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のブレーキシステム。
