Description
Claims (10)
- 冷媒を受け入れるように構成された入口と前記冷媒を出すように構成された出口とを有するシェルと、
前記シェル内に配置された冷媒分流器と、
前記シェル内に配置され、且つ前記冷媒分流器の下方に配置された複数の蒸発管であって、前記複数の蒸発管の各蒸発管が長手方向軸に沿って延びる、複数の蒸発管と、
を備える、暖房、換気、空調、及び冷凍(HVAC&R)システムのための熱交換器であって、
前記冷媒分流器が複数の孔を有する有孔板を備え、前記複数の孔の各孔が前記有孔板の上面から前記有孔板の底面まで前記有孔板の厚さを通して延び、前記複数の孔が少なくとも1列に配置されて、前記冷媒を前記底面から前記複数の蒸発管に直接滴下するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1列の隣接する孔の間の間隔が前記長手方向軸に沿って変化する、前記少なくとも1列の前記隣接する孔のサイズが前記長手方向軸に沿って変化する、又はこれらの組み合わせである、熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも1列の前記隣接する孔の間の前記間隔が、前記有孔板の中央部分から前記有孔板の遠位部分まで前記長手方向軸に沿って減少する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1列の前記隣接する孔の前記サイズが、前記有孔板の中央部分から前記有孔板の遠位部分まで前記長手方向軸に沿って増加する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の孔の各孔が実質的に垂直軸に沿って延び、前記上面の第1の部分が前記上面の第2の部分の上方に配置される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 突起が前記有孔板の前記底面から前記複数の孔のうちの1つの孔の出口開口部にある前記複数の蒸発管に向かって延びる、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 冷媒を受け入れるように構成された入口と前記冷媒を出すように構成された出口とを有するシェルと、
前記シェル内に配置された冷媒分流器と、
前記シェル内に配置され、且つ前記冷媒分流器の下方に配置された複数の蒸発管であって、前記複数の蒸発管の各蒸発管が長手方向軸に沿って延び、前記冷媒分流器は、前記冷媒を前記複数の蒸発管に滴下するように構成された有孔板を有する、複数の蒸発管と、
前記シェル内に配置され、且つ前記冷媒分流器の上方に配置されたスプレーヘッダであって、前記スプレーヘッダが、前記冷媒を前記冷媒分流器に向けて出すように構成された複数の開口部を有し、前記複数の開口部が、前記長手方向軸に実質的に垂直な横軸に沿って配置され、前記スプレーヘッダが、前記横軸に沿って延び、前記複数の開口部の第1の部分を有する第1のスプレーヘッドと、前記横軸に沿って延び、前記複数の開口部の第2の部分を有する第2のスプレーヘッドとを備え、前記第1の部分は、前記有孔板に前記冷媒を直接噴射するように構成され、前記第2の部分は、前記有孔板に前記冷媒を直接噴射するように構成された、スプレーヘッダと
を備える、暖房、換気、空調、及び冷凍(HVAC&R)システムのための熱交換器。 - 前記第1のスプレーヘッドと前記第2のスプレーヘッドとが前記長手方向軸に沿って互いに分離される、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記有孔板は複数の孔を有し、前記複数の孔の各孔が前記有孔板の上面から前記有孔板の底面まで延びる、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の孔の各孔の中心点が前記複数の蒸発管のそれぞれの蒸発管の中心線と実質的に整列される、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の孔が少なくとも1列に配置され、前記少なくとも1列の隣接する1対の孔の間の間隔が前記長手方向軸に沿って変化する、前記少なくとも1列の前記隣接する孔のサイズが前記長手方向軸に沿って変化する、又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
