Claims (9)
- 内周面に転動体を収容するトラック溝が形成され、前記転動体を介して内側継手部材との間で角度変位及び軸方向変位を許容しながら回転トルクを伝達する摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材において、
前記転動体及び前記内側継手部材を含む内部部品の抜け止め用として前記トラック溝の開口端側に加締め加工にて形成された隆起部と、前記隆起部が形成された前記トラック溝の開口端から離れた箇所の開口端面に前記加締め加工により形成された凹部を有し、
前記隆起部は、軸方向から見て、幅方向の端部側よりも中央側で窪んだ凹形状に形成されていることを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。 - 前記隆起部の凹形状の面は、曲面状に形成されている請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。
- 前記隆起部の凹形状の面は、前記トラック溝と平行に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。
- 前記転動体と前記トラック溝とはアンギュラ接触をなし、2つの接触点の間隔内に前記隆起部が収まる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。
- 前記内部部品に対して、継手組付け作業時に生じ得る抜け力よりも大きな引き抜き力を作用させた場合に、前記隆起部は前記内部部品の抜けを許容する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。
- 前記隆起部は、前記トラック溝の表面硬度がHRC45未満の部分に設けられている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。
- 前記トラック溝の表面硬度がHRC45未満の部分は、前記トラック溝の開口端から軸方向に3mm以上の範囲である請求項6に記載の摺動式等速自在継手用外側継手部材。
- 内周面にトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、前記トラック溝に転動可能に配置された転動体と、前記転動体を介して前記外側継手部材との間で角度変位及び軸方向変位を許容しながら回転トルクを伝達する内側継手部材と、を備える摺動式等速自在継手において、
前記外側継手部材として、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の外側継手部材を備えることを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。 - 前記転動体は、ローラであり、
前記内側継手部材は、前記ローラが回転可能に装着されたトリポード部材である請求項8に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
