Claims (7)
- 陽極及び陰極の間に分離膜が介在された構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する第1溝部、及び補充用電解液を収容する第2溝部を含む電池ケースと、
を含み、
前記第2溝部は前記第1溝部の少なくとも一側に位置し、
前記第2溝部に収容された電解液の移動を防止するためのシーリングライン(Sealing Line)が前記第1溝部と第2溝部との間に形成される、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法であって、
第1パンチ及び第2パンチを用いて電池ケース用シートに第1溝部及び第2溝部を成形する段階と、
電解液注入方向に位置する一側の第2方向シーリング部を除いた両側の第1方向シーリング部及び他側の第2方向シーリング部を密封する第1シーリング段階と、
前記第1溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
前記第2溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部の間にシーリングラインを形成する第2シーリング段階と、
電解液注入方向に位置する一側の前記第2方向シーリング部を仮シーリングする第3シーリング段階と、
を含み、
前記パウチ型二次電池の製造方法は、
(a-1)前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部を成形する段階と、
(a-2)前記第1シーリング段階と、
(a-3)前記第1溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
(a-4)前記第3シーリング段階と、
(a-5)前記第2シーリング段階と、
(a-6)前記第2溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
を順に行うことを含み、
前記第2シーリング段階の後、前記第3シーリング段階で仮シーリングされた前記第2方向シーリング部をカットした後、前記第2溝部に電解液を注入し、
前記電解液注入方向に位置する前記第2方向シーリング部を形成するための第4シーリング段階を行う、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 陽極及び陰極の間に分離膜が介在された構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する第1溝部、及び補充用電解液を収容する第2溝部を含む電池ケースと、
を含み、
前記第2溝部は前記第1溝部の少なくとも一側に位置し、
前記第2溝部に収容された電解液の移動を防止するためのシーリングライン(Sealing Line)が前記第1溝部と第2溝部との間に形成される、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法であって、
第1パンチ及び第2パンチを用いて電池ケース用シートに第1溝部及び第2溝部を成形する段階と、
電解液注入方向に位置する一側の第2方向シーリング部を除いた両側の第1方向シーリング部及び他側の第2方向シーリング部を密封する第1シーリング段階と、
前記第1溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
前記第2溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部の間にシーリングラインを形成する第2シーリング段階と、
電解液注入方向に位置する一側の前記第2方向シーリング部を仮シーリングする第3シーリング段階と、
を含み、
前記パウチ型二次電池の製造方法は、
(b-1)前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部を成形する段階と、
(b-2)前記第1シーリング段階と、
(b-3)前記第2シーリング段階と、
(b-4)前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部に電解液を注入する段階と、
(b-5)前記第3シーリング段階と、
を順に行うことを含み、
前記第3シーリング段階は、
前記(b-4)段階の後、仮シーリングのための第3シーリングを行い、活性化及び脱気過程を行った後、前記第1溝部及び前記第2溝部に隣接して前記第2方向シーリング部を形成するための第4シーリングを行い、前記仮シーリングした部分をカットして除去する、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1シーリング段階及び前記第2シーリング段階は同時に行う、請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2方向シーリング部と前記第1溝部との間に前記第2溝部が位置する、請求項2または3に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2溝部の第2方向への長さは前記第1溝部の第2方向への長さより短く形成される、請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1方向シーリング部と前記第1溝部との間に前記第2溝部が位置する、請求項2または3に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2方向シーリング部の折曲過程をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。
