Claims (10)
- 回転軸を有する回転電機の回転子であって、
1以上の磁石と、
前記磁石が内部に取り付けられる1以上の磁石収容部を有する回転子コアと、
前記磁石収容部の内部に配置され前記磁石を固定するための1以上の固定部材とを備え、
前記固定部材は、前記磁石の前記回転軸の径方向の側面又は周方向の側面と接触する第1固定部と、前記磁石の前記回転軸の軸方向の端面と接触する第2固定部とを有し、
前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部とは、90度より小さい角度で連結されており、
前記固定部材は、前記磁石と共に前記磁石収容部に挿入されて、前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部との間の角度が広がることによって、前記磁石を前記磁石収容部の内壁に押圧することを特徴とする回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記第1固定部の長さL1は、前記第2固定部の長さL2以上であることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記固定部材が前記磁石の径方向の側面と接触する場合、前記第1固定部の周方向の幅は、前記磁石の周方向の幅以下であり、
前記固定部材が前記磁石の周方向の側面と接触する場合、前記第1固定部の径方向の幅は、前記磁石の径方向の幅以下であることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記固定部材が前記磁石の径方向の側面と接触する場合、前記第1固定部の厚さは、前記磁石収容部の周方向の長さから前記磁石の周方向の長さを減じた値より小さく、
前記固定部材が前記磁石の周方向の側面と接触する場合、前記第1固定部の厚さは、前記磁石収容部の径方向の長さから前記磁石の径方向の長さを減じた値より小さいことを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記固定部材は、非磁性材料、磁性材料、又は樹脂材料のいずれかで形成されることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
一つの前記磁石収容部の内部には複数の前記磁石が取り付けられ、
前記固定部材は、前記磁石収容部の内部に取り付けられる複数の磁石のそれぞれを固定するように、前記磁石と一対で配置されることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項6に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記回転子コアは、前記磁石収容部を形成する複数のコアピースによって構成され、
前記複数のコアピースは、前記磁石の取付位置が周方向においてずれるように積層されて前記回転子コアを構成することを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項6に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記一つの磁石収容部に取り付けられる複数の前記磁石において、前記固定部材は、前記磁石の異なる向きの面に接触する位置に配置されることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項8に記載の回転電機の回転子であって、
前記一つの磁石収容部に隣接して取り付けられる前記磁石において、前記固定部材は、前記磁石の反対側の面に接触する位置に配置されることを特徴とする回転電機の回転子。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の回転子を有する回転電機。
