Claims (5)
- 放射線吸収金属粉末と結合剤、特にタングステン粉末と結合剤との混合物から、複数の通路(40)と前記通路を包囲する複数の壁領域とから成るグリッドを備える成型品で構成されるビーム案内グリッド(4)を製造する方法であって、
前記成型品は射出成形によって製造され、前記射出成形においては、均一化された前記混合物が、流動可能に準備された射出材料として、前記成型品を形成する成型ツール(7)内に射出成形機を用いて充填され、前記射出材料が前記充填される前に、移動可能なモールドコア(72)が前記成型ツール(7)の内部に導入され、
前記成型の間、前記通路(40)の複数の軸を共通の焦点に向かって互いに鋭角に整列させるために、前記成型ツール内の前記モールドコア(72)は、前記通路(40)の向き、グリッド、形状に従って配置され且つ形成され、保管ユニット(8)上で前記成型ツール(7)の壁セクションの外側に保持され、前記射出材料の導入および予備凝固の後であって前記成型品を排出する前に、前記通路(40)から引き抜かれ、
前記モールドコア(72)は、前記成型ツール(7)の前記壁セクションにおいて個々に割り当てられた供給貫通孔を通して導入され、これらの供給貫通孔を通して引き抜かれ、この場合、前記モールドコア(72)は、前記保管ユニット(8)にフローティングの手段で保持されており、これにより、導入および引き抜きの間、前記通路(40)および前記供給貫通孔を斜めに位置決めることで、xおよび/またはy方向の横方向の移動成分が補償されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記射出成形に使用される前記結合剤は、予熱され且つ可塑化された、熱可塑性プラスチック材料または熱硬化性プラスチック材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)が、前記熱可塑性プラスチック材料として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤に対する前記タングステン粉末の比が、体積%で30/70から98/2の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記成型工程の準備のために、前記モールドコア(72)は、変位ユニット(9)を用いて成型位置に配置され、前記変位ユニット(9)は、前記モールドコア(72)とともに前記保管ユニット(8)を成型位置に移動させ、予備凝固の後、前記モールドコア(72)は、前記保管ユニット(8)を移動させる前記変位ユニット(9)によって前記通路(40)から引き抜かれることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
