Description
促成栽培用ハウス内の温度が所定値を超えた場合に開閉する開閉弁と、前記促成栽培用ハウス周辺の風を受けて回転するシロッコファンとを備えた、筒状の概形をした換気装置に取り付けられ、前記換気装置よる換気を補助する補助ユニットであって、
太陽光パネルと、
前記太陽光パネルで発電された電力によって駆動されるDCモータと、
前記DCモータのモータ軸に軸心が接続されていて前記シロッコファンを回転させるローラと、
を備える。
前記開閉弁が筒内に設けられたダクト部と、前記ダクト部に隣接する前記シロッコファ
ンとの軸心が位置合わせされたものを用いることができる。
上記の補助ユニットと、
前記補助ユニットが取り付けられている換気装置と、を備える。
まず、促成栽培用ハウス換気システム100の構成について説明するが、これに先立って、ビニールハウス1について概説すると、ビニールハウス1は、アーチ状のパイプ5A,5Bと、パイプ5A,5Bの上部を覆う樹脂フィルム2と、パイプ5A,5Bの延在方向に対して直交方向に延びるパイプ3A,3Bとを備えている。また、樹脂フィルム2には、促成栽培用ハウス換気システム100を配置するための開口部2Aが形成されている。
シロッコファン20を回転させるローラ17と、ローラ17が一端部に接続されてDCモータ15よりもやや軽い重量の錘部16が他端部に接続されたシーソー部19と、シーソー部19の中心部との間で一端部が回動可能に連結されて他端部が筐体12に接続されるブラケットを有する接続部18とを備えている。
既述のように、樹脂フィルム2に開口部2Aを形成する。開口部2Aは、促成栽培用ハウス換気システム100、より詳しくは、換気装置50の配置位置に対応させて、ダクト部30の径より小さめの穴をカッター等で開けることで形成すればよい。
いることで、換気装置50をパイプ6A,6B及び固定金具7A,7Bを介して、ビニールハウス1に接続することができる。
換気装置50は、ビニールハウス1内の温度が所定値(例えば25℃)以上になると、バネ38が伸びるように設定するとよい。この設定は、調整部39を適宜回転させて、ワイヤー受け部40における位置を調整することによって行う。
るとともに、これに伴ってガイドローラー36が逆回転してワイヤー37が巻き取られて上方に変位する。

Claims (5)
- 促成栽培用ハウス内の温度が所定値を超えた場合に開閉する開閉弁と、前記促成栽培用ハウス周辺の風を受けて回転するシロッコファンとを備えた、筒状の概形をした換気装置に取り付けられ、前記換気装置よる換気を補助する補助ユニットであって、
太陽光パネルと、
前記太陽光パネルで発電された電力によって駆動されるDCモータと、
前記DCモータの駆動によって回転されるローラであって前記シロッコファンをその天板部に円周部が接触した際に生じる摩擦力で回転させるローラと、
を備える補助ユニット。 - 請求項1記載の補助ユニットと、
前記補助ユニットが取り付けられている換気装置と、を備える、促成栽培用ハウス換気システム。 - 前記換気装置は、
円筒状の筐体内に前記開閉弁が位置するダクト部を備え、
前記筐体と前記シロッコファンとの軸心が位置合わせされている、請求項2記載の促成栽培用ハウス換気システム。 - 前記シロッコファンは、その軸心に沿った方向に延びる複数の翼が側面に配置されるとともに、当該軸心と直交する方向の前記天板部とを備え、前記太陽光パネルは、前記天板部の上方に配置された前記筐体に取り付けられている、請求項3記載の促成栽培用ハウス換気システム。
- 前記換気装置は、前記促成栽培用ハウスに形成された開口部に、当該促成栽培用ハウス外に前記シロッコファンが位置する態様で配置される、請求項2記載の促成栽培用ハウス換気システム。
