Description

本発明は、病院や検査機関の検体管理用などの容器の管理に用いる管理タグ及び管理タグ付き容器に関する。
病院や検査機関において、検体管理はプラスチック等の専用の試料収集・保存容器（バイアル等）が用いられ、患者の個人情報と共に検査に関する所定事項が検査票または名前バーコードを印刷したラベルやICタグ等で管理されている。このバーコードの多くは容器の側面に貼付されている。
そこで、既存の容器本体の開口部に、ＩＣタグを備えた封止部材を取り付けることで、ＩＣタグを容器に容易に装着できると共にＩＣタグを容易に取り外して容器とＩＣタグの再利用を可能にした技術が記載されている（特許文献１）。

ところで、特許文献１の技術の場合、安価なバーコードラベルや手書きのシールを用いる場合には適用できないという問題がある。又、もともと蓋が無い容器であれば、封止部材を取り付けることができるが、蓋を有する容器に適用できない。
一方、ラベルやシールを容器に貼付する従来技術の場合、容器の側面にラベルやシールを貼付しなければならず、ラベルの内容等を視認したり、バーコードリーダで読み取る際に一々リーダを側面に向ける作業が煩雑であるという問題がある。
又、例えば血液等を採取した管（バイアル）と、その血液を遠心分離する際に用いる遠心管とは容器が異なるが、バイアルに貼付したラベルを剥がして遠心管に再貼付するのは難しい。そこで、バイアルに輪ゴム等でラベル等を仮止めしているが、ラベルが落下して紛失するおそれがある。
そこで、本発明は上記の課題を解決するためになされたものであり、容器に確実かつ簡易に取り付けることができると共に、取り外しも容易で、管理情報の確認が容易に行え、蓋付きの容器にも適用できる管理タグ及び管理タグ付き容器の提供を目的とする。
上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の管理タグは、略平板状をなし、筒状の容器に取り付ける管理タグであって、前記容器を挿通させる挿通孔と、前記挿通孔から見て一方向に延びて管理情報を含むシールを貼付可能であるか、又は前記管理情報を印刷可能な所定の平面領域を有する情報付加部と、前記挿通孔と前記情報付加部との間の切り欠きと、を有し、前記挿通孔の周縁部と前記切り欠きとが同一面上に位置し、前記容器が連結部を介して連結される蓋を有する場合に、前記切り欠きに前記連結部を係合可能であることを特徴とする。
この管理タグによれば、挿通孔に容器を挿通すれば、管理タグを容器に確実かつ簡易に取り付けることができると共に、取り外しも容易である。又、容器の蓋に管理タグが干渉しないので、蓋付きの容器にも適用できる
さらに、情報付加部の上面に管理情報を設けることで、管理情報を上から確認できるので、管理情報の確認が容易に行える。又、情報付加部の平面にシールを貼ればよいので、容器の湾曲した側面に貼付する場合に比べ、例えば手袋等をしたままでも容易に貼付できる。同様に、情報付加部の平面に印刷すればよいので、容器の湾曲した側面に印刷する場合に比べて印刷が容易かつ正確である。
又、この管理タグによれば、折り畳んで省スペースとなるので、管理タグがそれぞれ取り付けられた多数の容器を隣接して並べることができる。
又、この管理タグによれば、容器に試料溶液を出し入れする際に、蓋が邪魔にならず、作業性が向上する。


本発明の管理タグにおいて、前記挿通孔に、前記容器の抜けを防止するための径方向内側に突出する係止片が周方向に離間して複数個設けられていてもよい。
この管理タグによれば、係止片が容器の側面と係合して容器の抜けを防止する。
本発明の管理タグにおいて、前記シールがバーコードラベルであってもよい。
本発明の管理タグ付き容器は、筒状の容器に、前記管理タグを取付けてなる。
本発明によれば、容器に確実かつ簡易に取り付けることができると共に、取り外しも容易で、管理情報の確認が容易に行え、蓋付きの容器にも適用できる管理タグが得られる。

以下、本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
図１は本発明の実施形態に係る管理タグ１０の構成を示す平面図、図２は容器１００に管理タグ１０を取付けた管理タグ付き容器２００を示す斜視図である。
図１、図２に示すように、管理タグ１０は、例えばポリプロピレン等のプラスチック板からなる略平板状をなし、円形の挿通孔１０ｈと、挿通孔１０ｈから見て一方向（図１の左方向）に延びて略矩形の平面領域を有する情報付加部１０ｓと、挿通孔１０ｈと情報付加部１０ｓとの間の切り欠き１０ｎと、挿通孔１０ｈから径方向内側に突出し周方向に離間する複数個（図１では４個）の係止片１０ｐと、を有する。
挿通孔１０ｈは、容器（蓋付きバイアル）１００の外径よりやや小径とされ、容器１００を挿通可能になっている。又、容器１００を挿通孔１０ｈに下から挿通すると、挿通孔１０ｈから突出した係止片１０ｐが容器１００の側面に当接して上方に撓み、容器１００と係合して容器１００の抜けを防止するようになっている。
一方、容器１００はプラスチック製筒状をなし、上部開口１０ｈから試料溶液（血液等）を入れると共に、上部開口１０ｈを閉塞する蓋１００Ｌを有している。蓋１００Ｌは、上部開口１０ｈの周縁と連結部１００ａにて一体に連結されている。
容器１００に管理タグ１０を取付けて管理タグ付き容器２００が構成される。
そして、情報付加部１０ｓの上面（容器１００の上部開口１０ｈに向く面）には、情報付加部１０ｓの外形よりもやや小寸の略矩形のバーコードラベル５１が貼付されている。バーコードラベル５１には、管理情報（容器１００に入っている試料溶液の持ち主の個人情報、所定事項、容器の識別情報等）が２次元バーコードとして含まれている。
なお、情報付加部１０ｓには、バーコードラベル５１等の管理情報を含むシールを貼付してもよく、管理情報を印刷してもよい。
このように、挿通孔１０ｈに容器１００を挿通すれば、管理タグ１０を容器１００に確実かつ簡易に取り付けることができると共に、取り外しも容易である。又、容器１００の蓋１００Ｌに管理タグ１０が干渉しないので、蓋付きの容器にも適用できる
さらに、情報付加部１０ｓの上面に管理情報を設けることで、管理情報を上から確認できるので、管理情報の確認が容易に行える。特に、遠心分離装置等に容器１００を挿入した場合は、横から管理情報を確認することができないので、本発明がさらに有効である。
又、管理情報が上を向くようにすれば、管理者が１個ずつ並べた容器１００（及びそれに取り付けられた管理タグ１０）を逐一確認する際、どの容器１００まで確認済で、これから確認すべき容器１００がどこから始まるか等を視覚的に認識し易く、確認忘れ等を防止できる。
又、情報付加部１０ｓの平面にシールを貼ればよいので、容器１００の湾曲した側面に貼付する場合に比べ、例えば手袋等をしたままでも容易に貼付できる。同様に、情報付加部１０ｓの平面に印刷すればよいので、容器１００の湾曲した側面に印刷する場合に比べて印刷が容易かつ正確である。
なお、管理情報の確認は、バーコードラベル５１であればバーコードリーダで行うことができ、その他の情報であれば、例えば目視でラベルや印刷物の個人名や、容器の通し番号等を確認してもよい。
又、情報付加部１０ｓは、管理情報を貼付又は印刷できる限り、なるべく寸法が小さい方が良い。
図３に示すように、管理タグ１０全体の外形と略同寸で、挿通孔１０ｈの部分が開口するバーコードラベル５２を貼付してもよい。この場合、バーコードラベル５２は情報付加部１０ｓだけでなく、管理タグ１０の上面全体に貼付されるが、管理情報となる２次元バーコード５２ｂは情報付加部１０ｓの上面に位置している。
図４に示すように、切り欠き１０ｎにて管理タグ１０を折り畳むことも可能である。このようにすると、容器１００から延びる情報付加部１０ｓが上方又は下方（図４では下方）に折り畳まれて省スペースとなるので、管理タグ１０がそれぞれ取り付けられた多数の容器１００を隣接して並べることができる。
図５に示すように、切り欠き１０ｎに容器１００の連結部１００ａを係合する（引っ掛ける）ことも可能である。このようにすると、容器１００に試料溶液を出し入れする際に、蓋１００Ｌが邪魔にならず、作業性が向上する。
又、図６に示すように、切り欠き１０ｎの代わりに、折り目（ミシン目等９１０ｍを設けてもよい。
本発明は上記実施形態に限定されず、本発明の思想と範囲に含まれる様々な変形及び均等物に及ぶことはいうまでもない。

Claims (4)

  1. 略平板状をなし、筒状の容器に取り付ける管理タグであって、
    前記容器を挿通させる挿通孔と、前記挿通孔から見て一方向に延びて管理情報を含むシールを貼付可能であるか、又は前記管理情報を印刷可能な所定の平面領域を有する情報付加部と、
    前記挿通孔と前記情報付加部との間の切り欠きと、を有し、
    前記挿通孔の周縁部と前記切り欠きとが同一面上に位置し、
    前記容器が連結部を介して連結される蓋を有する場合に、前記切り欠きに前記連結部を係合可能であることを特徴とする管理タグ。
  2. 前記挿通孔に、前記容器の抜けを防止するための径方向内側に突出する係止片が周方向に離間して複数個設けられている請求項１に記載の管理タグ。
  3. 前記シールがバーコードラベルである請求項１又は２に記載の管理タグ。
  4. 筒状の容器に、請求項１～３のいずれか一項に記載の管理タグを取付けてなる管理タグ付き容器。
