Description
本出願は、2015年12月15日に出願された、「FEMORAL BASE PLATE THA」と題する、米国仮特許出願第62/267,370号の利益を主張する。同出願の開示は本明細書において参照により組み込まれる。
本開示は、慣性測定ユニットを含む手術ナビゲーションシステムを用いた完全股関節形成術のための後方アプローチとともに用いられ得る大腿ベースプレートの取り付けのための形状、配置、およびねじロケーションの最適化に関する。以下においてより詳細に説明されるように、大腿ベースプレートの形状は、規定のベースプレート取り付け部位における大腿骨の統計アトラスの平均表面曲率から得られる。このベースプレート取り付け部位はねじの長さおよびロケーションに依存し得、そのため、正しく配置されると、取り付けねじは本提案のラスプおよびステム構成要素に衝突しない。
Claims (19)
- 大腿ベースプレート組立体であって、
大腿骨の外部の形状を近似するように構成された骨接触面を有するプレートと、前記プレートに装着されたステムとを備え、前記プレートは、前記骨接触面に対して角度が付いており、それぞれの締結具を所定の角度配向に配向させるように構成された第1の複数の開口部を含み、前記プレートは第2の複数の開口部を含み、前記第2の複数の開口部のうちの少なくとも1つはねじ山を有し、前記開口部の各々は、前記骨接触面を貫き、前記骨接触面と反対側の上面を貫いて延び、前記ステムは、前記プレートに対して離間した関係で前記ステムに装着された慣性測定ユニットを有する、大腿ベースプレート組立体。 - 前記第1の複数の開口部のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記上面および前記骨接触面に対して陥凹した鍔部を含む、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
- 前記第1の複数の開口部が各々、前記上面および前記骨接触面に対して陥凹した鍔部を含む、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
- 前記第1の複数の開口部が三角構成で配向されている、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
- 前記第1の複数の開口部が直線に沿って並んでいる、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
- 各々の前記複数の第1の開口部の長手方向軸が互いに非平行である、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
- 前記第2の複数の開口部のうちの少なくとも1つが実質的に一様な長手方向断面を含む、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
- 前記第2の複数の開口部のうちの少なくとも1つが非一様な長手方向断面を含む、請求項1に記載の大腿ベースプレート組立体。
