Claims (6)
- ポートが形成されるバルブディスクと、
前記バルブディスクに対して全体が軸方向へ移動可能に設けられて前記ポートを開閉するリーフバルブと、
前記リーフバルブの前記バルブディスクとは反対側に設けられるプレートと、
前記リーフバルブと離間して配置されて前記プレートを介して前記リーフバルブを前記バルブディスクへ向けて付勢する板ばねと、
前記リーフバルブと前記ポートを通る液体の流れに対して直列に設けられる減衰力調整部とを備える
ことを特徴とする減衰バルブ。 - 前記リーフバルブは、環状であって、前記バルブディスクに一枚以上積層されており、軸方向長さが前記リーフバルブ全体の軸方向長さよりも長いガイドの外周に摺接可能に装着されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記板ばねの変形量を制限するストッパを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記板ばねは、前記プレートの反リーフバルブ側端に直接重ねられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記板ばねに前記板ばねの肉厚を貫通する孔が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の減衰バルブ。 - 前記リーフバルブは複数枚設けられており、
前記プレートは、複数の前記リーフバルブのうちで最も前記バルブディスクから離れた位置にある前記リーフバルブに溶接されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の減衰バルブ。
