Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係るセンサモジュールを例示する断面図である。図1に示すように、センサモジュール3は、半導体装置1と、保持部材2とを有している。以下、半導体装置1、保持部材2、センサモジュール3について順次説明する。
図2は、第1の実施の形態に係る半導体装置を例示する図であり、図2(a)は平面図、図2(b)は図2(a)のA-A線に沿う断面図である。図2では、半導体装置1が、センサモジュール3の一部として組み立てられる前(折り曲げられる前)の状態を示している。図2を参照するに、半導体装置1は、配線基板10と、電子部品30とを有している。
図4は、第1の実施の形態に係る保持部材を例示する斜視図である。図4を参照するに、保持部材2は、第1板状部21と、第2板状部22と、連結部23とを含んでおり、半導体装置1の一部を保持することができる。保持部材2は、第1板状部21、第2板状部22、及び連結部23により、例えば、側面視でコの字型に形成することができる。
図1に戻り、センサモジュール3において、半導体装置1の一端側(アンテナ35が実装された側)は、アンテナ35が保持部材2の連結部23と平面視で重複し、アンテナ35が他の電子部品30と平面視で重複しないように、保持部材2に固定されている。
第1の実施の形態の変形例1では、第1の実施の形態とは形状の異なる配線基板及び保持部材の例を示す。なお、第1の実施の形態の変形例1において、既に説明した実施の形態と同一構成部品についての説明は省略する場合がある。

Claims (9)
- 被験者から生体情報を検出するセンサモジュールであって、
可撓性を有する配線基板にアンテナを含む電子部品が実装された半導体装置と、
前記半導体装置の一部を保持し、前記被験者の計測対象となる部位と前記アンテナとの間に配置される保持部材と、を有し、
前記保持部材は、
第1面、及び前記第1面の反対面となる第2面、を備えた第1板状部と、
第3面、及び前記第3面の反対面となる第4面、を備えた第2板状部と、
前記第2面と前記第3面とが空間を挟んで対向する部分を有するように、前記第1板状部と前記第2板状部とを連結する連結部と、を含み、
前記保持部材の誘電率は1以上5以下であり、
前記アンテナは、前記半導体装置の一端側において前記配線基板に実装され、
前記半導体装置の一端側は、前記アンテナが前記連結部と平面視で重複し、前記アンテナが他の前記電子部品と平面視で重複しないように、前記保持部材に固定され、

前記幅狭部上に前記アンテナが実装された領域が位置している請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のセンサモジュール。 - 前記連結部は、前記第1板状部と平面視で重複しない領域を有し、
前記領域において、前記保持部材は、前記第1板状部の前記第1面よりも前記第2板状部の前記第3面側に下がった段差部を有し、
前記アンテナは、前記段差部から突出しないように前記連結部上に配置されている請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のセンサモジュール。 - 前記アンテナは、前記配線基板の前記段差部側の面に実装されている請求項5に記載のセンサモジュール。
- 前記半導体装置を介して前記第2板状部の前記第4面と対向する位置に、補強部材が設けられている請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のセンサモジュール。
- 前記電子部品は、発光素子及び受光素子を含み、
前記半導体装置において、
前記第4面に配された領域に前記発光素子又は前記受光素子の一方が実装され、
前記第4面から延伸する領域に前記発光素子又は前記受光素子の他方が実装されている請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のセンサモジュール。 - 前記保持部材を被験者の指先の爪側に配置し、前記第4面から延伸する領域を前記被験者の指先の爪側から腹側に湾曲させ、前記被験者の指先に装着したときに、
前記発光素子又は前記受光素子の一方と前記発光素子又は前記受光素子の他方とが前記指先を挟んで対向して配置可能である請求項8に記載のセンサモジュール。
