Description
Claims (12)
- 処理ユニットを含む、偏心検出器3DX線再構成のための又は陽子ラジオグラフィ再構成のための装置であって、前記処理ユニットは、
偏心X線検出器又は陽子検出器によって測定される収集データであって、前記収集データは第1の部分及び第2の部分を含み、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は共に少なくとも検出器オーバーラップ領域をカバーする当該収集データを取得し、
前記検出器オーバーラップ領域内の前記第1の部分に対するビーム経路に沿って計算される線積分値を示す第1の基準値を決定し、前記検出器オーバーラップ領域内の前記第2の部分に対するビーム経路に沿って計算される線積分値を示す第2の基準値を決定し、
前記第1の基準値と前記第2の基準値との比率に基づいて、前記収集データの前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の少なくとも一方をスケーリングし、
前記スケーリングの結果を使用して再構成を行う、装置。 - 前記陽子検出器を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記陽子検出器は、様々なオフセットで複数の測定を行う、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 偏心3DX線検出器を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 偏心X線検出器又は陽子検出器によって測定される収集データであって、前記収集データは第1の部分及び第2の部分を含み、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は共に少なくとも検出器オーバーラップ領域をカバーする当該収集データを取得するステップと、
前記検出器オーバーラップ領域内の前記第1の部分に対するビーム経路に沿って計算される線積分値を示す第1の基準値を決定し、前記検出器オーバーラップ領域内の前記第2の部分に対するビーム経路に沿って計算される線積分値を示す第2の基準値を決定するステップと、
前記第1の基準値及び前記第2の基準値に基づいて、前記収集データの前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の少なくとも一方をスケーリングするステップと、
前記スケーリングの結果を使用して再構成を行うステップと、
を含む、偏心検出器3DX線再構成のための又は陽子ラジオグラフィ再構成のための方法。 - 前記収集データの前記第2の部分のみが、前記第1の基準値と前記第2の基準値との比率でスケーリングされる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記第1の基準値と計画CTの順投影によって取得される基線値との比率でスケーリングされ、前記第2の部分は、前記基線値と前記第2の基準値との比率でスケーリングされる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記第1の基準値と第1のアークの計画CTの順投影によって取得される第1の基線値との比率でスケーリングされ、前記第2の部分は、第2のアークの角度について再計算された前記第1の基線値に対応する第2の基線値と前記第2の基準値との比率でスケーリングされる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記収集データは、固定検出器オフセットでの360°の回転の過程において、又は、180°を超える2回のスキャン及び前記偏心X線検出器を片側からもう片側にシフトすることによって取得される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記再構成を行うステップは、冗長性重み付けを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記収集データは、検査対象の周りに任意の軌道を実現することにより取得される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行されると、前記コンピュータに請求項5に記載の方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコード手段を含む、偏心検出器3DX線再構成又は陽子ラジオグラフィ再構成のためのソフトウェア。
