Claims (11)
- 異なる2種類の回転角度センサーからなるセンサー装置であって、ローター(2)およびステーター(1)と、ステーターに形成されるアンテナ(12)とローターに形成されるモジュレーター(22)とを有する第1回転角度センサーと、ローターに形成されるマグネット(23)とステーターに形成される磁気抵抗素子(13)またはホールセンサーとを有する第2回転角度センサーと、を有することを特徴とするセンサー装置。
- ローター(2)がシャフト(21)を有し、該シャフトの一端にマグネット(23)が設けられる、請求項1記載のセンサー装置。
- 第1回転角度センサーのアンテナ(12)およびモジュレーター(22)と第2回転角度センサーの磁気抵抗素子またはホールセンサーおよびマグネットとの間に、第1回転角度センサーと第2回転角度センサーの間の相互干渉を防止するためのゾーンBが設けられる、請求項1または2記載のセンサー装置。
- モジュレーター(22)とシャフト(21)が相互依存性を有する、請求項2または3記載のセンサー装置。
- ステーター(1)は、第1回転角度センサーおよび/または第2回転角度センサーの要素に給電し、および/または、アンテナおよび磁気抵抗素子またはホールセンサーからの信号を評価する少なくとも一の電気部品(14,15)を有する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載のセンサー装置。
- ステーター(1)は印刷回路基板(11)を有し、該印刷回路基板にアンテナ(12)、磁気抵抗素子(13)またはホールセンサー、および少なくとも一の電気部品(14,15)が配置される、請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載のセンサー装置。
- 磁気抵抗素子(13)またはホールセンサーは、回転軸と同心である円板の中に回転軸方向に突出して設けられる、請求項1ないし6のいずれか記載のセンサー装置。
- モジュレーターは、回転軸と同心である円形リングの中に回転軸方向に突出して設けられる、請求項1ないし7のいずれか記載のセンサー装置。
- 前記円板は前記円形リングの内側に位置しており、その外径は円形リングの内径より小さいか等しい、請求項7および8記載のセンサー装置。
- 第2回転角度センサーに給電し、および/または、磁気抵抗素子(13)またはホールセンサーからの信号を評価する少なくとも一の電気部品が前記円板の中に配置される、請求項7ないし9のいずれか記載のセンサー装置。
- 第1回転角度センサーおよび/または第2回転角度センサーに給電し、および/または、アンテナ(12)および/または磁気抵抗素子(13)またはホールセンサーからの信号を評価する少なくとも一の電気部品が前記円形リングの外側に配置される、請求項7ないし10のいずれか記載のセンサー装置。
