前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサのそれぞれが、前記身体運動の実行中、またはさらなる身体運動の実行中に、前記ユーザにより経験された痛み強度レベルを示す信号を示すように構成され、且つ、前記1つ以上の運動センサのそれぞれが、前記身体運動または前記さらなる身体運動の実行からの開始位置および終了位置を含む前記ユーザの固有の機能障害のレベルを示す信号を出力するように構成され、
前記アプリケーションは、前記身体運動または前記さらなる身体運動の実行中に、前記ユーザの経験する痛み強度レベルを示す信号が所定の強度を下回る場合に、前記ユーザが前記終了位置を越えて動作を継続するように促すように構成され、
前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサは、少なくとも頸筋により生じた電気的ポテンシャルを検出するEMGセンサを含む
システム。 - 前記アプリケーションを動作させる前記プロセッサは、前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサのそれぞれから、前記第1のコンピュータから、または前記第2のコンピュータから入力を受信するように構成され、前記アプリケーションはまた、前記エクササイズに関連した身体運動の実行中の所定の閾値を下回るリアルタイム痛み強度レベルに対して、前記エクササイズに関連した身体運動の継続を促すべく前記ユーザが見ることのできるバーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のコンピュータは、バーチャルリアリティプラットフォームと共に提供され、かつヘッドマウントハウジングに接続される、パーソナルコンピュータである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のコンピュータは、前記ヘッドマウントハウジング内に収容される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヘッドマウントハウジングは、前記バーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを伝送可能な少なくとも1つの結像レンズを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヘッドマウントハウジングは、少なくとも一つの結像レンズと、スマートフォンを挿入可能なスロットを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 頸部運動障害に苦しむ患者の頸筋のリハビリテーションを促進するための自動化された方法であって、
a)1つ以上の運動センサおよびプロセッサが設けられたヘッドハーネスを装着するステップであって、前記ヘッドハーネスは画像を見ることができるヘッドマウントディスプレイに接続される、ステップと、
b)身体運動の実行中にユーザにより痛み強度レベルを示す信号を前記プロセッサへ出力するように構成された1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサを装着するステップと、
c)前記プロセッサが、前記ディスプレイに前記画像を表示するステップと、
d)前記生成された画像により頭部動作を前記患者に促すステップと、
e)前記プロセッサが、選択された頸部領域に関する終了位置を判定し、前記終了位置および前記終了位置で患者により経験された痛み強度レベルを示す信号を、前記ディスプレイとデータ通信するコンピュータ化されたデバイスに送信するステップと、および
f)前記コンピュータ化されたデバイスが、そのときの痛み強度レベルが所定の閾値を下回る場合に、前記終了位置を越えて前記頭部動作を継続することを前記患者に促すべくさらなる画像を生成するステップと、
を含み、
前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサは、少なくとも頸筋により生じた電気的ポテンシャルを検出するEMGセンサを含む
方法。 - 前記方法が、
前記プロセッサが、前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサのそれぞれから入力を受信するステップと、
前記コンピュータ化されたデバイスが、エクササイズに関連した身体運動の実行中の所定の閾値を下回るリアルタイム痛み強度レベル表示に対応して、前記エクササイズに関連した身体運動の継続を促すべく前記ユーザが見ることができるバーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを生成するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記コンピュータ化されたデバイスが、バーチャルリアリティプラットフォームと共に提供されかつ前記ヘッドマウントディスプレイに接続されるパーソナルコンピュータである、請求項7に記載の方法。
