- 前記1つ以上の抵抗適用要素のそれぞれが、取り外し可能な締結手段により前記ストラップのうちの1つの選択された領域に結合されるウェイトであり、前記適用される抵抗のレベルを、前記ウェイトを取り外すこと、又は第1の重量値の第1のウェイトを第2の重量値の第2のウェイトに交換することで調節可能である、請求項2に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- 前記取り外し可能な締結手段が、フック・ループ締結材、取り外し可能な接着材、スナップ、磁石、及びねじ接続からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- ボディハーネスをさらに備え、前記1つ以上の抵抗適用要素のそれぞれが、その第1の長手方向の端で前記ヘッドハーネスの選択された領域に固定され、その第2の長手方向の端で前記ボディハーネスの選択された領域に固定される、可撓性コードであり、前記適用される抵抗のレベルを、前記コードの長さを調節することで調節可能である、請求項2に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- 前記コードのそれぞれの第1及び第2の長手方向の端が留め要素により固定される、請求項5に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- コンピュータにより生成された画像をそれで見ることができ、これにより、バーチャルリアリティ強化と協働して頸部のリハビリテーショントレーニングを可能にする、前記ヘッドハーネスに接続されるヘッドマウントディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- 前記ヘッドマウントディスプレイが、結像レンズと、プロセッサによりイネーブルにされるデバイスを挿入可能なスロットと共に構成される、請求項7に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- 前記抵抗適用要素のうちの1つ以上が、前記ヘッドマウントディスプレイの重量のバランスをとるように適合される、請求項7に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- 前記プロセッサによりイネーブルにされるデバイスがスマートフォンである、請求項8に記載の頸部治療デバイス。
- 請求項7に記載の頸部治療デバイスと、前記画像を生成するように構成されたコンピュータと、前記ヘッドハーネスが装着されるときにユーザの頭部のリアルタイム三次元配置を検出するための前記コンピュータとデータ通信するセンサと、前記コンピュータのプロセッサ上で動作するアプリケーションと、を備えるシステムであって、
前記アプリケーションは、前記センサから入力を受信し、前記リアルタイム配置に対応して、ユーザが前記ディスプレイ上で見ることができるバーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを生成するように構成され、前記オブジェクトは、ユーザ固有のエクササイズプログラムに従うためにユーザによってなされるべきさらなる頭部運動を示す、システム。 - 前記ヘッドハーネスが、上方に存在する、実質的に水平に配置された、そこから複数のストラップが延びる頭蓋冠領域と共に構成され、前記センサが前記頭蓋冠領域の上に配置される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサが、前記頭蓋冠領域に取り付けられたセンサブロック内に収容され、前記センサブロックが、複数の並進方向及び複数の回旋方向の、頭部に関連した回旋の中心に関する頭部運動を検出するように適合される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータが、前記ヘッドマウントディスプレイ内に収容されるプロセッサによりイネーブルにされるデバイスであり、前記センサが、前記プロセッサによりイネーブルにされるデバイス内に収容される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- ユーザの対応する身体部分上にそれぞれ配置される1つ以上の運動センサと、アプリケーションを動作させるプロセッサ上の第1のコンピュータと、前記第1のコンピュータにより生成された画像を前記ユーザが見ることができるディスプレイと共に構成されるヘッドマウントハウジングとを備える治療及びフィジカルトレーニングシステムであって、
前記アプリケーションは、前記センサのそれぞれから又は前記センサのそれぞれとデータ通信する第2のコンピュータから入力を受信するように構成され、前記アプリケーションはまた、エクササイズに関連した身体運動の実行中に前記対応する身体部分のそれぞれのリアルタイム配置に対応して、前記ユーザが見ることができるバーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを生成するように構成され、前記オブジェクトは、ユーザ固有のエクササイズプログラムに従うために前記ユーザによってなされるべきさらなる身体運動を示す、システム。 - 前記ユーザに装着され、前記第1のコンピュータ、前記第2のコンピュータ、又は前記第1のコンピュータとデータ通信するプロセッサとデータ通信する、1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサをさらに備え、前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサのそれぞれが、身体運動又はさらなる身体運動の実行中にユーザにより経験された痛み強度レベル及びユーザ固有の機能障害レベルを示す信号を出力するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記アプリケーションが、前記1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサのそれぞれから、前記第1のコンピュータから、又は前記第2のコンピュータから入力を受信するように構成され、前記アプリケーションはまた、前記エクササイズに関連した身体運動の実行中の所定の閾値を下回るリアルタイム痛み強度レベル表示に対応して、前記エクササイズに関連した身体運動の継続を促すべく前記ユーザが見ることができるバーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを生成するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のコンピュータが、バーチャルリアリティプラットフォームと共に提供され、前記ヘッドマウントハウジングに接続される、パーソナルコンピュータである、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のコンピュータが前記ヘッドマウントハウジング内に収容される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヘッドマウントハウジングのディスプレイが、前記バーチャルリアリティオブジェクトを伝送可能な少なくとも1つの結像レンズとして構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 頸部可動域を判定するためのシステムであって、
a)複数の間隔をおいて配置された頭部に係合可能なストラップと、上方に存在する、実質的に水平に配置された、そこから前記複数のストラップが延びる頭蓋冠領域と共に構成された、ヘッドハーネスと、
b)前記頭蓋冠領域に取り付けられたセンサブロックであって、前記センサブロックは、複数の並進方向及び複数の回旋方向の、頭部に関連した回旋の中心に関する頭部運動を検出するように適合された1つ以上のセンサと、前記1つ以上のセンサからデータを受信し、前記受信したデータに基づいて、開始位置と終了位置との間の選択された頸部領域の変位に対応する頸部可動域を判定するように動作可能なプロセッサとを備える、センサブロックと、
c)前記判定された頸部可動域を表すデータを出力するための手段と、
を備える、システム。 - 前記出力されたデータに基づいて推奨されるユーザ固有のアクションを生成するように構成されたコンピュータ化されたデバイスをさらに備える、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、障害のレベルを定量化するために前記判定された頸部可動域を健常者の同様の頭部動作に関する期待される頸部可動域と比較するようにも動作可能である、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 頸部運動障害に苦しんでいる患者の頸筋のリハビリテーションを促進するための自動化された方法であって、
a)1つ以上の運動センサとプロセッサが設けられたヘッドハーネスを装着するステップであって、前記ヘッドハーネスは、コンピュータにより生成された画像をそれで見ることができるヘッドマウントディスプレイに接続されるステップと、
b)身体運動の実行中にユーザにより経験された痛み強度レベルを示す信号を前記プロセッサに出力するように構成された1つ以上のバイオフィードバックセンサを装着するステップと、
c)前記ディスプレイにより前記画像を見るステップと、
d)前記生成された画像により促される対応する頭部動作を行うステップと、
e)前記プロセッサにより、選択された頸部領域に関する終了位置を判定し、前記終了位置及び前記終了位置で前記患者により経験された痛み強度レベルを示す信号を、前記ディスプレイとデータ通信するコンピュータ化されたデバイスに送信するステップと、
f)前記コンピュータ化されたデバイスにより、そのときの痛み強度レベルが所定の閾値を下回る場合に、前記終了位置を越えて前記頭部動作を継続することを前記患者に促すべくさらなる画像を生成するステップと、
を含む、方法。
