熱分析画面
摩擦により高温であることから考慮しない。腋窩領域のリンパ節も乳癌の転移があり得る領域であり、一般的にはソノマモグラムで検査される。サーモグラムにおいて、腋窩領域は、通常、摩擦とリンパ節の存在により高温となる。一般的には単体の癌に対し6つの熱画像が取り込まれる。一旦カメラで取り込まれた熱画像は熱分析画面にアップロードされる。図2のオブジェクト202をユーザが選択すると表示される画面300の一実施形態では以下のようなユーザ選択可能機能オブジェクトを動作させる。

Claims (3)
- 胸部の熱画像内の組織を腫瘍として分類する組織分類装置であって、
乳癌検診用の患者の胸部の熱画像を受信する手段と、
前記熱画像内において複数の画素で構成される少なくとも1つの画素ブロックを特定する手段と、
前記画素ブロックを分類する手段と、
前記分類する手段による分類を表示装置へ送信する手段とを備え、
前記分類する手段は、
前記画素ブロックのうちk1%が、前記画素ブロック内の画素の温度分布に基づく第1閾値θ1を越える温度を有するか否かを判定し(R1)、
前記画素ブロックのうちk2%が、Tmaxを前記患者の最高体温とした場合の第2閾値(Tmax-θ2)を越える温度を有するか否かを判定し(R2)、
前記画素ブロックのうちk3%が正常表面体温に基づく閾値θ3未満の温度を有するか否かを判定し(R3)、
前記画素ブロック内におけるエッジ長が前記画素ブロックの外周長のk4%であるか否かを判定し(R4)、
前記判定(R1、R2、R3、R4)の結果に基づく判定ルールを用いて、前記組織を腫瘍及び非腫瘍のいずれかに分類することを特徴とする組織分類装置。 - 前記判定ルールでは、前記判定(R1、R2、R3、R4)の結果の荷重和が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組織分類装置。
- 前記判定ルールでは、前記判定(R1、R2、R3、R4)の結果の多数決が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組織分類装置。
