Description
実施例1として、ケナフから生成したカーボン粒子よりなる低摩擦カーボン材料11を用意した。この低摩擦カーボン材料11のモース硬度は6から8であり、粒度分布は100nm~500nmとした。この低摩擦カーボン材料11を潤滑油12であるポリアルファオレフィン(PAO)に添加し、潤滑剤組成物を得た。また、軸受鋼(SUJ2)よりなるディスク状の試験片を用意し、作成した潤滑剤組成物中において、ボールオンディスク型の摩擦試験を行った。相手材は軸受鋼(SUJ2)とした。潤滑剤組成物の温度は室温とし、荷重は10N、摺動速度は0.5m/sとし、安定後の摩擦係数を測定した。
実施例2-1~2-3として、ケナフから生成したカーボン粒子よりなる低摩擦カーボン材料11を用意した。これらの低摩擦カーボン材料11のモース硬度は6から8であり、粒度分布は実施例2-1~2-3で変化させた。実施例2-1の粒度分布は100nm~500nm、平均粒度は300nmであり、実施例2-2の粒度分布は500nm~2μm、平均粒度は1μmであり、実施例2-3の粒度分布は500nm~5μm、平均粒度は3μmである。
Claims (3)
- モース硬度が6以上8以下のカーボン粒子よりなる低摩擦カーボン材料と、添加剤としてMoを含む潤滑油とを含むことを特徴とする潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記低摩擦カーボン材料の平均粒径は100nm以上3000nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記低摩擦カーボン材料は、ラマンスペクトルにおけるカーボンのGバンド(1560cm-1)とDバンド(1350cm-1)の強度比である、ID/IG比が、0.6以上1.2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の潤滑剤組成物。
