Description
本発明の他の好ましい実施の形態では、前記複数のセラミックブロックにおいて、各セラミックブロックのアスペクト比は1以下である。
後に支持板から取り外されて回収される。成形体を焼成することにより、板状の焼結体が形成される。焼成条件は原則としてテープ成形の場合と同様であるが、必要に応じて適宜調整される。その後、焼結体はシート12上に貼着され、既述の手法にて焼結体の分割が行われる。なお、成形体の成形には、セラミック製造における様々な他の手法も利用することができる。例えば、プレス成形、射出成形、鋳込み成形等も利用可能である。

Claims (7)
- 第1対象物と第2対象物との間に直接的または間接的に挟まれて前記第1対象物と前記第2対象物との間の伝熱を抑制する中間部材であって、
一方の主面が前記第1対象物に対向する板状の支持部材と、
互いに離間した状態で前記支持部材の他方の主面上に固定される複数のセラミックブロックと、
を備え、
前記支持部材は金属製であり、
前記支持部材の厚さは、0.02mm以上かつ3mm以下であり、
前記複数のセラミックブロックの厚さは、前記支持部材の厚さの2倍以上かつ100倍以下であり、
前記複数のセラミックブロックは、多孔質セラミックブロックを含み、
前記多孔質セラミックブロックの骨格粒子の粒子径は10nm以上かつ5μm以下であり、
前記複数のセラミックブロックは、接着剤により前記支持部材に接着されており、
前記複数のセラミックブロックの前記支持部材に対する接着強度は、0.1MPa以上かつ10MPa以下である。 - 請求項1に記載の中間部材であって、
前記支持部材が、可撓性を有する。 - 請求項1または2に記載の中間部材であって、
前記複数のセラミックブロックにおいて、各セラミックブロックのアスペクト比は1以下である。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の中間部材であって、
前記複数のセラミックブロックの厚さが、0.04mm以上かつ300mm以下である。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の中間部材であって、
前記複数のセラミックブロックの熱伝導率が、0.01W/mK以上かつ3.0W/mK以下である。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の中間部材であって、
前記複数のセラミックブロックの線熱膨張係数が、1.0×10-7/K以上かつ1.2×10-6/K以下である。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の中間部材であって、
一方の主面が前記第2対象物に対向し、他方の主面上に前記複数のセラミックブロックが固定される板状の他の支持部材をさらに備える。
