Description
本出願は2018年6月18日付け韓国特許出願第10-2018-0069825号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法に関する。より具体的には、ホスゲン化反応時に発生する未反応物を効率的に回収し、反応段階にリサイクルして、反応物分離時に消費されるエネルギーを節減できる、脂肪族イソシアネートの高純度製造方法に関する。
脂肪族アミンとホスゲンとを溶媒下で反応させるホスゲン化反応段階;
前記ホスゲン化反応段階の反応混合物中の生成物である脂肪族イソシアネートを分離し、塩化水素、未反応ホスゲン、および溶媒を含む混合物を凝縮器に送って凝縮させる段階;
前記凝縮された混合物をスクラッバに送って上段に塩化水素を排出し、下段に未反応ホスゲンおよび溶媒を分離する段階;
前記分離された未反応ホスゲンおよび溶媒を蒸留塔に送って上段に未反応ホスゲンを回収し、下段に溶媒を分離する段階;および
前記回収された未反応ホスゲンを前記ホスゲン化反応段階に投入し、前記下段に分離された溶媒は前記スクラッバに送る段階;
を含む、脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法を提供する。
図1に示す装置および工程によって脂肪族イソシアネートを製造した。
前記脂肪族イソシアネートを製造する工程で反応器上部の凝縮器20の温度を-15℃に維持し、反応時間の間にホスゲンを1517kg使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様の方法で実験を行った。
前記脂肪族イソシアネートを製造する工程で反応器上部の凝縮器20の温度を-10℃に維持し、反応時間の間にホスゲンを1673kg使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様の方法で実験を行った。
前記脂肪族イソシアネートを製造する工程で反応器上部の凝縮器20の温度を36℃に維持し、反応時間の間にホスゲンを2993kg使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様の方法で実験を行った。
前記脂肪族イソシアネートを製造する工程で反応器上部の凝縮器を用いず、反応時間の間にホスゲンを3470kg使用したことを除いては実施例1と同様の方法で実験を行った。

Claims (7)
- 脂肪族アミンとホスゲンとを溶媒下で反応させるホスゲン化反応段階;
前記ホスゲン化反応段階の反応混合物中の生成物である脂肪族イソシアネートを分離し、塩化水素、未反応ホスゲン、および溶媒を含む混合物を凝縮器に送って凝縮させる段階;
前記凝縮された混合物をスクラッバに送って上段に塩化水素を排出し、下段に未反応ホスゲンおよび溶媒を分離する段階;
前記分離された未反応ホスゲンおよび溶媒を蒸留塔に送って上段に未反応ホスゲンを回収し、下段に溶媒を分離する段階;および
前記回収された未反応ホスゲンを前記ホスゲン化反応段階に投入し、前記下段に分離された溶媒を前記スクラッバに送る段階;
を含み、
前記脂肪族アミンは、m-キシリレンジアミン、p-キシリレンジアミンまたはo-キシリレンジアミンであり、
前記ホスゲン化反応段階は、
脂肪族アミンと塩化水素とを反応させて脂肪族アミン塩を形成する第1反応段階;および
前記脂肪族アミン塩とホスゲンとを100℃~200℃の沸点を有する有機溶媒の中で反応させる第2反応段階
を含む、脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。 - 前記塩化水素、未反応ホスゲン、および溶媒を含む混合物を、-20~40℃の温度で凝縮させる、請求項1に記載の脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。
- 前記塩化水素、未反応ホスゲン、および溶媒を含む混合物を、-15~0℃の温度で凝縮させる、請求項2に記載の脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。
- 前記回収された未反応ホスゲンを、前記ホスゲン化反応段階に投入する前に、蒸留塔凝縮器によって冷却する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。
- 前記蒸留塔の下段に分離された溶媒の一部を、溶媒冷却器によって冷却し、前記スクラッバの上段に送って塩化水素のスクラビングに利用し、一部は脂肪族アミン塩を生成させる反応器に循環させる、請求項1に記載の脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。
- 前記蒸留塔で分離された未反応ホスゲンの一部を、ホスゲン冷却器を経てスクラッバに再循環させる、請求項1に記載の脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。
- 前記脂肪族アミン塩の濃度は、20体積%以下である、請求項1に記載の脂肪族イソシアネートの製造方法。
