Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る封孔処理された金属複合体の構造の一例を模式的に示す図である。封孔処理された金属複合体1は、複数の金属を有する金属複合材料によって構成され、表面の少なくとも一部が膜によって覆われている。封孔処理された金属複合体1は、多孔質体コア部10と、含浸材20と、酸化層30と、を有する。
実施の形態2では、実施の形態1において説明した封孔処理された金属複合体1の硬度について説明する。封孔処理された金属複合体1の硬度を確認するために、実施の形態1で説明した封孔処理された金属複合体1の製造方法によって、幅が20mmであり、長さが20mmであり、厚さが5mmである封孔処理された金属複合体1からなる試験片を作製する。なお、多孔質体コア部10の空孔体積に対する封孔処理された金属複合体1の含浸されない体積の比である未充填率を変えることによって、複数種類の試験片を作製する。ここでは、含浸材20は、銅であるものとする。ロックウェル硬さ測定器にてそれぞれの試験片の中央の硬さを複数回測定する。複数回測定した結果の平均値を、各試験片における硬さとする。
Claims (5)
- 鉄系の金属材料からなる多孔質体の空孔部に銅または銅合金が充填された溶浸体と、
前記溶浸体の表面の少なくとも一部に配置され、酸化されたクロムを有する酸化層と、
を備え、
前記溶浸体は、前記酸化層との界面に、前記鉄系の金属材料の密度が前記多孔質体の前記酸化層と接する部分以外の密度よりも高い緻密化層を有し、
前記酸化層は、18.5重量%以上のクロムと、5重量%以下の銅と、を含むことを特徴とする封孔処理された金属複合体。 - 前記緻密化層は、クロムを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封孔処理された金属複合体。
- 前記溶浸体は、前記多孔質体の前記空孔部の体積に対する前記銅または銅合金が充填されていない体積の割合を示す未充填率が5体積%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の封孔処理された金属複合体。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の封孔処理された金属複合体を有することを特徴とする金型。
- 鉄系の金属粒子を用いて多孔質体を作製する工程と、
20重量%以上のクロムを含む粉末を塑性変形させた被膜層を前記多孔質体の表面の少なくとも一部に形成する工程と、
還元雰囲気下、不活性雰囲気下または真空雰囲気下で、前記多孔質体に銅または銅合金を含浸させる工程と、
銅または銅合金を含浸させた前記多孔質体を酸素雰囲気下で加熱し、前記被膜層を酸化させた酸化層を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする封孔処理された金属複合体の製造方法。
