Claims (13)
- メイン経路上に備えられ、一側及び他側がメイン経路にそれぞれ電気的に接続されるように構成されたメイン連結部材と、
サブ経路上に備えられ、一側及び他側がサブ経路にそれぞれ電気的に接続されるように構成されたサブ連結部材と、
前記メイン連結部材と前記サブ連結部材との間に備えられ、前記メイン連結部材から前記サブ連結部材の方向に移動結合可能に構成されて、前記メイン連結部材の連結状態を前記サブ連結部材の連結状態に、連結関係を切り換える切換部材とを備え、
前記メイン連結部材は、互いに所定の距離で離隔して配置される、第1メイン連結部材及び第2メイン連結部材を有し、
前記サブ連結部材は、互いに所定の距離で離隔して平行に配置される、第1サブ連結部材及び第2サブ連結部材を有し、
前記第1メイン連結部材は、セルアセンブリと電気的に接続され、
前記第2メイン連結部材は、前記セルアセンブリからの電力が供給される負荷と電気的に接続され、
前記第1サブ連結部材には、前記切換部材の移動する方向において前記第2サブ連結部材と重なり合う位置に第1貫通孔が設けられ、
前記第2サブ連結部材には、前記第1貫通孔と対応する位置に第2貫通孔が設けられ、
前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材とは、前記第1メイン連結部材および前記第2メイン連結部材から電気的に分離され、
前記切換部材は、
前記第1メイン連結部材と前記第2メイン連結部材とを電気的に接続し、かつ、前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材とを電気的に分離した状態と、
前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材とを電気的に接続し、かつ、前記第1メイン連結部材と前記第2メイン連結部材とを電気的に分離した状態と
を切り替えるヒューズ装置。 - 前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材とを連結するように構成された絶縁部を含む、請求項1に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記メイン経路は、セルアセンブリの正極端及び負極端に電気的に接続され、前記メイン連結部材が連結状態であるとき通電するように構成され、
前記サブ経路は、放電抵抗を備え、前記セルアセンブリの正極端及び負極端に電気的に接続され、前記サブ連結部材の連結状態に連結関係が切り換えられれば通電するように構成された、請求項1または2に記載のヒューズ装置。 - 前記切換部材は、前記メイン連結部材の連結関係を開放して前記メイン経路を切断し、前記サブ連結部材の連結関係を閉鎖して前記サブ経路を連結するように構成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記メイン連結部材は、前記第1メイン連結部材の一側が前記メイン経路の一端に電気的に接続され、前記第2メイン連結部材の他側が前記メイン経路の他端に電気的に接続され、前記第1メイン連結部材の他側と前記第2メイン連結部材の一側とが前記切換部材に電気的に接続されるように構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記サブ連結部材は、前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材とが離隔した離隔空間に前記切換部材が結合され、前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材とを電気的に接続するように構成された、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記切換部材は、
前記第1メイン連結部材と前記第2メイン連結部材との間の空間に結合されて前記第1メイン連結部材と前記第2メイン連結部材との間を連結するように構成された本体部と、
前記本体部に取り付けられ、前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材との間の空間に結合されて前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材との間を連結するように構成された挿入部とを含む、請求項5に記載のヒューズ装置。 - 前記第1サブ連結部材及び前記第2サブ連結部材は、前記サブ経路の垂直方向で同一線上に備えられて前記挿入部が貫通して挿入されるように構成された孔をそれぞれ備えるように構成された、請求項7に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記メイン経路及び前記サブ経路の垂直方向で前記本体部の一面に移動接触し、前記本体部を前記メイン連結部材から引き離すように構成された作動部材をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記垂直方向で前記作動部材、前記切換部材及び前記サブ連結部材と接触し、前記作動部材、前記切換部材及び前記サブ連結部材を整列するように構成されたガイド部材をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記切換部材は、絶縁素材で形成され、前記メイン経路及び前記サブ経路の垂直方向から前記挿入部に取り付けられ、前記第1サブ連結部材と前記第2サブ連結部材との間を連結するように構成された絶縁部をさらに含む、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ装置。
- 前記切換部材は、前記本体部に取り付けられた複数の挿入部を含み、
前記第1サブ連結部材及び前記第2サブ連結部材は、前記複数の挿入部がそれぞれ貫通して挿入されるように構成された複数の孔をそれぞれ備えるように構成された、請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ装置。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ装置を含むバッテリーパック。
