Description
Claims (15)
- 患者支持プラットフォームと、
前記患者支持プラットフォームの第1側に配置される少なくとも1つのX線放射源と、
前記患者支持プラットフォームの前記第1側とは反対の第2側に配置されるX線放射検出器と、
前記X線放射源の周りに配置される固定線源X線放射遮蔽体と、
遮蔽体担体及び少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部を有する検出器X線放射遮蔽体であって、該少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が前記遮蔽体担体から前記固定線源X線放射遮蔽体又は前記患者支持プラットフォームの周縁まで延びる展開状態と、該少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が前記患者支持プラットフォーム上の患者への接近を可能にするために前記遮蔽体担体に向かって引き込まれて重なって収納される収納状態との間で、前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が、前記遮蔽体担体に対して移動される検出器X線放射遮蔽体と、
前記遮蔽体担体を前記患者支持プラットフォームに向かって及び該患者支持プラットフォームから離れる方向に移動させる変位機構と、
を有する、放射線システム。 - 前記X線放射検出器を前記患者支持プラットフォームに向かって及び該患者支持プラットフォームから離れる方向に移動させる検出器変位機構を有する、請求項1に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記展開状態において、前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が線源X線照射遮蔽体と重なり合って、該少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部と該線源X線照射遮蔽体との間の間隙を除去する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記遮蔽体担体が前記X線放射検出器の一部である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記放射遮蔽体が前記X線放射検出器の周りに延在する放射線遮蔽外囲体フードの形態を含む、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記放射遮蔽体が可撓性遮蔽材料を含む、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が、入射する放射線の指示情報を提供する指示器エレメントを含む、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記指示器エレメントが、前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部と関連される放射線感知性繊維及び/又は電子装置である、請求項7に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が、前記遮蔽体担体から取り外し可能である、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が、複数の遮蔽体延長エレメントから形成される、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記線源X線放射遮蔽体が、前記患者支持プラットフォームから延在して前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部と係合するプラットフォームフラップ又はスカートを有する、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記放射源が、互いに異なる角度で放射線を供給する複数の放射源又は放射線を異なる角度で供給するために移動可能である放射源を有する、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部が、各々が前記線源X線放射遮蔽体まで延びる前記患者支持プラットフォームの相反する側に各々設けられる第1及び第2遮蔽体延長部を有する、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- コントローラ及びセンサを含み、前記センサは前記支持プラットフォーム上の患者の位置情報を感知するためのものであり、前記コントローラは、該感知された位置情報に応答して、前記検出器、前記遮蔽体及び前記少なくとも1つの遮蔽体延長部のうちの少なくとも1つを前記プラットフォームに対して位置決めするための電子機構を制御する、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
- 前記放射遮蔽体の少なくとも前記遮蔽体延長部が、取り外し可能な無菌被覆材料内に巻き取られ又は配置される、請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載の放射線システム。
