Description
Claims (14)
- 第一のヤング率を有する少なくとも1つの光学材料を含む光学系と、
ハプティックであって、前記光学系に連結され、少なくとも、前記第一のヤング率より大きく、1.8GPaより小さい第二のヤング率を含み、それによって柔軟であって前記光学系より硬いハプティックと、

前記ハプティックは、前記光学系に連結されたフレームと、前記フレームに連結された複数のアームとを含み、
前記ハプティックは、前記複数のアームと前記フレームとが出会う領域において前記ハプティックの他の領域よりも大きなヤング率を有する、眼科機器。 - 前記光学系に取り付けられる前記ハプティックの前記フレームの内側部分は、前記ハプティックの前記フレームの外側境界より小さいヤング率を有する、請求項1に記載の眼科機器。
- 前記フレームの少なくとも一部分は前記光学系の一部分の中に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の眼科機器。
- 前記フレームは前記光学系に接着される、請求項1に記載の眼科機器。
- 前記フレームは鋭利な縁部を有する、請求項1に記載の眼科機器。
- 前記ハプティックは複数の場所において複数の特徴的応力を受け、前記ハプティックは、前記複数の場所と前記複数の特徴的応力に基づいて複数のヤング率を有する、請求項1に記載の眼科機器。
- 前記ハプティックは、前記第一のヤング率より大きく、1.8GPaより小さい複数のヤング率を有し、それによって前記ハプティックは柔軟であって前記光学系より硬く、複数の場所において複数の特徴的応力を受け、かつ、前記複数の場所における複数のヤング率は、前記複数の特徴的応力に基づく、請求項1に記載の眼科機器。
- 眼科機器を提供する方法において、
第一のヤング率を有する少なくとも1つの光学材料を含む光学系を提供するステップと、
ハプティックであって、前記光学系に連結され、少なくとも、前記第一のヤング率より大きく、1.8GPaより小さい第二のヤング率を含み、それによって柔軟であって前記光学系より硬いハプティックを提供するステップと、
を含み、
前記ハプティックは、前記光学系に連結されたフレームと、前記フレームに連結された複数のアームを含み、
前記ハプティックは、前記複数のアームと前記フレームとが出会う領域において前記ハプティックの他の領域よりも大きなヤング率を有する、方法。 - 前記ハプティックを提供する前記ステップは、その中にキャビティを有する鋳型の中に前記フレームを提供するステップをさらに含み、前記フレームは前記キャビティ内に適合され、前記光学系を提供する前記ステップは、前記鋳型の中に前記光学系のための少なくとも1つの材料を提供して、前記フレームの少なくとも一部分が前記光学系に埋め込まれるようにするステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ハプティックを提供する前記ステップは、前記フレームを前記光学系に接着するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ハプティックを提供する前記ステップは、前記フレーム上に鋭利な縁部を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ハプティックは複数の場所において複数の特徴的応力を受け、前記ハプティックを提供する前記ステップは、
複数のヤング率を前記複数の場所と前記複数の特徴的応力にマッピングするステップと、
前記ハプティックを、前記フレームが前記複数の場所において前記複数のヤング率を有するように少なくとも1つの材料で形成するステップと、
をさらに含む、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記ハプティックを形成する前記ステップは、前記複数の場所における前記複数の特徴的応力をモデル化するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ハプティックをモデル化する前記ステップは、有限要素解析を使って前記複数の特徴的応力を特定するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
