Claims (12)
- 熱保護装置(100)であって、
ハウジング(1)と、
前記ハウジング(1)内に部分的に埋設され且つ前記ハウジング(1)とは電気的に絶縁されたバリスタ(2)であって、部分的に非絶縁の接触面(21)を有するバリスタ(2)と、
絶縁材料から成る内壁(16)であって、前記バリスタ(2)の前記接触面(21)に隣接して配置される内壁(16)と、
前記内壁(16)に設けられた窓部(12)であって、前記熱保護装置(100)の作動状態において、前記バリスタ(2)の前記接触面(21)の電気接続(11)を可能とする窓部(12)と、
前記内壁(16)における窓部(12)を覆うように配置された可動絶縁ブロック(43)であって、前記熱保護装置(100)の障害状態において、前記内壁(16)の窓部(12)の領域で前記バリスタ(2)を絶縁する可動絶縁ブロック(43)と、を備え、前記可動絶縁ブロック(43)は、回転の中心となるリベットの周りを回転して動くように構成されている熱保護装置(100)。 - 金属接点がばね端子(13)を規定し、これにより、前記熱保護装置(100)が作動状態にある間、前記ばね端子(13)は、前記窓部(12)を介して前記バリスタ(2)の前記接触面(21)に電気接続(11)をもたらす、請求項1記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記金属接点は、前記熱保護装置(100)が作動状態にある間、前記接触面から離れる方向に作用する予応力を受ける、請求項2記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記バリスタ(2)の前記接触面(21)と前記ばね端子(13)との間の前記電気接続(11)は、前記熱保護装置(100)が作動状態にある間、低温のはんだ接合を含み、前記低温は、前記はんだ接合が前記予応力によって前記接触面との接触が遮断され得る状態に達する特性温度である、請求項3記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記特性温度は、180℃から210℃の範囲にある、前記はんだの溶融温度である、請求項4記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記可動絶縁ブロック(43)は、前記熱保護装置(100)が作動状態にある間、ばね(42)からのばね力によって前記ばね端子(13)に押し付けられる、請求項2、3、4又は5記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記可動絶縁ブロック(43)は、前記ばね(42)によって端位置(43a)に押し込まれ、これにより、前記熱保護装置(100)の障害状態において、前記内壁(16)の前記窓部(12)を覆うように設計されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記ハウジング(1)は、前側に指示器(31)を含み、これにより、前記指示器(31)の信号接点(32)は前記ハウジング(1)の外部に位置し、指示器トリガ(33)は前記ハウジング(1)内に位置する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記指示器(31)はマイクロスイッチである、請求項8記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記可動絶縁ブロック(43)は、前記ばね(42)によってその端位置(43a)に押し込まれるように設計されており、それによって、前記熱保護装置(100)の障害状態において、前記指示器(31)の前記指示器トリガ(33)を作動させる、請求項8又は9記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記バリスタ(2)は矩形状または丸形状を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項記載の熱保護装置(100)。
- 前記バリスタ(2)は、端子(22)を含む第2接触面を備える、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項記載の熱保護装置(100)。
