左駆動モータコントローラ、右駆動モータコントローラ、エアコンプレッサモータコントローラ、ステアリングモータコントローラ、DC-DC電圧コンバータ及び高電圧配電モジュールを箱本体に統合することにより、自動車の配置スペースを最適化し、開発コストを低減することができ、これらのモジュールは、全て箱本体内に統合され、モジュールとモジュールとの間は銅バスバーアダプターにより接続でき、ワイヤハーネスによる接続と比較して、どのモジュールに経年劣化等の状況があるかを検出しやすく、コストを低減し、また、箱本体内のモジュールを交換しやすく、例えば、異なる車種に対応するモジュールを交換することにより、数十種の車種で使用でき、コントローラのプラットフォーム化を実現し、車両の高電圧システムにおける各コントローラモジュールが独立して動作し、ワイヤハーネスにより接続されて自動車の走行を実現するため、検出コストが高く、自動車の組み立ての難しさを増加させるという従来技術における課題を解決する。さらに、左駆動モータコントローラと右駆動モータコントローラを統合することにより、自動車の車輪駆動又はシングルモータ駆動を実現することができ、また、箱本体内に高電圧配電モジュールを統合することにより、充電ヒューズ、メインヒューズ、プリチャージ抵抗器等の前記高電圧配電モジュール内の消耗部品は、自動車上で交換することを実現でき、統合コントローラをメーカーに返送して交換する必要がなく、コストをさらに節約する。

- 箱本体(10)と、
前記箱本体(10)内に設置された高電圧配電モジュール(900)と、
それぞれ前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)に接続された、左駆動モータコントローラ(300)、右駆動モータコントローラ(400)、エアコンプレッサモータコントローラ(500)、ステアリングモータコントローラ(600)及びDC-DC電圧コンバータ(700)と、を含み、
前記箱本体(10)には、前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)、左駆動モータコントローラ(300)、右駆動モータコントローラ(400)、エアコンプレッサモータコントローラ(500)、ステアリングモータコントローラ(600)及びDC-DC電圧コンバータ(700)に対応する複数の入出力インタフェースが設置され、
前記箱本体(10)は、上部箱本体(100)及び下部箱本体(200)を含み、
前記左駆動モータコントローラ(300)及び前記右駆動モータコントローラ(400)は、前記上部箱本体(100)内に取り付けられ、
前記エアコンプレッサモータコントローラ(500)、前記ステアリングモータコントローラ(600)及び前記DC-DC電圧コンバータ(700)は、前記下部箱本体(200)内に取り付けられ、
前記上部箱本体(100)及び前記下部箱本体(200)内に前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)が設置され、
前記上部箱本体(100)には、それぞれ前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)に接続されたバッテリーパックインタフェース(905)及び充電コネクタインタフェース(906)が設置される、
車両の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記上部箱本体(100)には、少なくとも2つの前記バッテリーパックインタフェース(905)、及び、少なくとも2つの前記充電コネクタインタフェース(906)が設置される、
請求項1に記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記バッテリーパックインタフェース(905)と前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)との接続回路と、前記充電コネクタインタフェース(906)と前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)との接続回路には、それぞれ磁気リング(903)及びYコンデンサ(904)が設置される、
請求項2に記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記上部箱本体(100)内に、前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)に接続された漏電センサ(902)がさらに設置され、
前記上部箱本体(100)には、前記漏電センサ(902)に対応する入出力インタフェースが設置される、
請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記上部箱本体(100)内に、前記高電圧配電モジュール(900)に接続された光カプラ焼結検出器(901)がさらに設置され、
前記上部箱本体(100)には、前記光カプラ焼結検出器(901)に対応する入出力インタフェースが設置される、
請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記上部箱本体(100)と前記下部箱本体(200)との間には、互いに独立した第1の冷却水路(A1)及び第2の冷却水路(A2)が設置され、
前記右駆動モータコントローラ(400)、前記エアコンプレッサモータコントローラ(500)及び前記ステアリングモータコントローラ(600)は、第1の冷却水路(A1)により放熱し、
前記左駆動モータコントローラ(300)及び前記DC-DC電圧コンバータ(700)は、第2の冷却水路(A2)により放熱する、
請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記上部箱本体(100)は、前記上部箱本体の底壁(101)と、前記上部箱本体の底壁(101)の周囲に形成された前記上部箱本体の側壁(102)とを含み、前記上部箱本体の底壁(101)の下面には、互いに独立した第1の冷却水槽(103)及び第2の冷却水槽(104)が形成され、
前記下部箱本体(200)は、前記下部箱本体の上壁(201)と、前記下部箱本体の上壁(201)の周囲に形成された前記下部箱本体の側壁(202)とを含み、前記下部箱本体の上壁(201)の上面には、互いに独立した第3の冷却水槽(203)及び第4の冷却水槽(204)が形成され、
前記上部箱本体の底壁(101)の下面は、前記下部箱本体の上壁(201)の上面に貼り合わされ、前記第1の冷却水槽(103)及び前記第4の冷却水槽(204)が共に第1の冷却水路(A1)を画定し、 前記第2の冷却水槽(104)及び前記第3の冷却水槽(203)が共に第2の冷却水路(A2)を画定する、
請求項6に記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記上部箱本体(100)と前記下部箱本体(200)は、ボルトと摩擦溶接によって接続される、

前記右駆動モータコントローラ(400)は、前記右駆動モータコントローラ(400)の放熱柱が第1の冷却水路(A1)内の冷却液と接触するように他方の開口(105)に設置される、
請求項7又は9に記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記開口(105)内に補強リブ(106)が形成され、前記補強リブ(106)の両端は、前記開口(105)の一対の側縁に接続され、前記補強リブ(106)は、冷却液の流れ方向に垂直である、
請求項10に記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 前記下部箱本体の上壁(201)の上面の、前記開口(105)に対応する位置にボス(205)が形成され、前記ボス(205)が前記開口(105)の形状に合わせ、前記ボス(205)には、前記補強リブ(106)を逃がす逃がし溝(206)が形成される、
請求項11に記載の統合コントローラ(A)。 - 第1の冷却水路(A1)内の冷却液は、まず前記ステアリングモータコントローラ(600)を冷却し、次に前記エアコンプレッサモータコントローラ(500)及び前記右駆動モータコントローラ(400)を冷却し、
第2の冷却水路(A2)内の冷却液は、まず前記DC-DC電圧コンバータ(700)を冷却し、次に前記左駆動モータコントローラ(300)を冷却する、
