Description
Claims (9)
- コーンビーム型コンピュータ断層撮影(CBCT)における患者の動き補正方法であって、
撮影される患者の周りを回転するX線源およびX線検出器を含むX線撮影手段を使用して、さまざまな角度から、前記撮影される患者の一連のX線投影画像を取得するステップと、
前記一連のX線投影画像を取得する間の前記X線源および前記X線検出器の空間位置および向きを記述する、投影配置構造の初期推定、を定義するステップと、
前記一連のX線投影画像および前記投影配置構造の初期推定を使用して、中間CBCT再構成を計算するステップと、
前記一連のX線投影画像と、前記投影配置構造の初期推定と、前記中間CBCT再構成とに基づいて、前記投影配置構造の初期推定に対する、投影画像に固有な補正幾何学的変換を求めるステップと、
前記一連のX線投影画像と、前記求められた補正幾何学的変換に対応する、投影配置構造の補正された推定とを使用して、最終的なCBCT再構成を計算するステップと、
を含み、
前記投影配置構造の初期推定に対する前記補正幾何学的変換は、前記一連のX線投影画像における個々のX線投影画像とその他のX線投影画像との幾何学的対応を改善するための、患者の動きを反映した補正幾何学的変換であり、前記一連のX線投影画像を取得する間の前記X線源および前記X線検出器の前記空間位置および前記向きに対応する、投影画像に固有な回転座標系、において求められることを特徴とする、
患者の動き補正方法。 - 2本の垂直軸を、前記X線検出器のピクセルアレイに一致するように設定し、かつ第3の垂直軸を、前記X線検出器のピクセルアレイの法線に一致するように設定することによって、前記投影画像に固有な回転座標系が定義される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回転座標系における幾何学的変換を前記投影配置構造の初期推定に適用することによって得られた再投影されたデジタル再構成X線写真に基づいて、前記投影配置構造の初期推定に対する、前記投影画像に固有な補正幾何学的変換を求めるステップ、をさらに含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記一連のX線投影画像と、前記中間CBCT再構成の、対応する再投影されたデジタル再構成X線写真との間の最大類似性を見つけることによって、前記補正幾何学的変換が求められる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 固定座標系における正味の変換が計算され、前記回転座標系において求められた前記補正幾何学的変換から差し引かれる、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記投影画像に固有な幾何学的変換を前記回転座標系から前記固定座標系にマッピングしてそれらの平均をとることによって、前記固定座標系における前記正味の変換が計算され、前記固定座標系から前記回転座標系にマッピングした後、前記平均が前記幾何学的変換から差し引かれる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記中間CBCT再構成を計算する前記ステップと、前記補正幾何学的変換を求める前記ステップとが、複数回繰り返され、各繰り返し後の補正された投影配置構造の推定が、次の繰り返しの投影配置構造の新たな初期推定の役割を果たし、最後の補正された投影配置構造の推定が、最後に適用された繰り返しの補正された投影配置構造の推定に対応する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 計算装置において実行されたときに、先行する請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように構成されているコンピュータプログラムコード、を備えたコンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータプログラムを実行するように構成されている少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(112)と、
コンピュータプログラムおよび関連データを記憶するように構成されている少なくとも1つのメモリ(113)と、
を備えた装置において、
前記装置が、医療用撮影装置に接続可能であり、かつ、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする、
