Description
Claims (6)
- 内部に二次電池が装着可能なチャンバと、
前記チャンバ内部に誘導媒体の流れを発生させる誘導媒体供給モジュールと、
前記誘導媒体の流れによって、前記チャンバから流入される前記二次電池の内部で発生するガスを分析する分析モジュールと、を含み、
前記チャンバは、
前記誘導媒体供給モジュールが連結される注入口と、
前記分析モジュールが連結される放出口と、
前記二次電池の爆発または発火時に発生する火炎、粉塵、及び高圧のガスを外部に排出することができる安全弁と、
を含み、
前記注入口と前記誘導媒体供給モジュールとの間に連結された第1遮断弁と、
前記放出口と前記分析モジュールとの間に連結された第2遮断弁と、をさらに含み、
前記第1遮断弁は、前記二次電池の爆発または発火時に、前記チャンバから前記誘導媒体供給モジュールへの流体の流れを遮断し、
前記第2遮断弁は、前記二次電池の爆発または発火時に、前記チャンバから前記分析モジュールへの流体の流れを遮断し、
前記第1遮断弁及び前記第2遮断弁は、既定の圧力以上で閉鎖状態に切り替えられ、前記安全弁は、既定の圧力以上で開放状態に切り替えられ、
前記二次電池の表面の圧力またはチャンバ内部の圧力が既定の圧力以上であるという信号を受信すれば、第1遮断弁の閉鎖、第2遮断弁の閉鎖、及び安全弁の開放のための制御信号をそれぞれ前記第1遮断弁、前記第2遮断弁、及び前記安全弁に即時伝送する制御部と、をさらに含み、
前記制御部の制御信号によって、前記第1遮断弁及び前記第2遮断弁は、閉鎖状態に切り替えられ、前記安全弁は、開放状態に切り替えられる二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置。 - 前記第1遮断弁及び前記第2遮断弁は、前記既定の圧力以上のガスが直接に接触する時、自動で閉鎖状態に切り替えられ、前記安全弁は、前記既定の圧力以上のガスが直接に接触する時、開放状態に切り替えられる請求項1に記載の二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置。
- 前記二次電池の表面の温度またはチャンバ内部の温度を測定することができる温度センサーと、
前記温度センサーから測定された温度が既定の温度以上であるという信号を受信すれば、前記第1遮断弁の閉鎖、前記第2遮断弁の閉鎖、及び前記安全弁の開放のための制御信号をそれぞれ前記第1遮断弁、前記第2遮断弁、及び前記安全弁に即時伝送する制御部と、をさらに含み、
前記制御部の制御信号によって、前記第1遮断弁及び前記第2遮断弁は、閉鎖状態に切り替えられ、前記安全弁は、開放状態に切り替えられる請求項1または2に記載の二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置。 - 前記チャンバは、前記二次電池の電極が接触される充放電端子をさらに含み、
前記二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置は、前記充放電端子を通じて前記二次電池の電極と電気的に連結されて、前記二次電池を充放電する充放電モジュールをさらに含む請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置。 - 前記チャンバは、前記二次電池が装着され、正面部が開放された直方体状であるチャンバ本体及び前記開放された部分を遮蔽するチャンバカバーを含み、
前記注入口は、前記チャンバ本体の一側面に配され、前記放出口は、前記チャンバ本体の他側面に配され、
前記安全弁は、前記チャンバカバーの中央に配される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置。 - 前記既定の圧力は、0.5~5Barの範囲の圧力値のうち何れか1つの値である請求項2に記載の二次電池の内部発生ガス分析装置。
