3)水性封止層4の表面にアルミニウムワイヤを真空蒸着して厚さ350Åの真空アルミ蒸着層5を形成する工程と、
4)真空アルミ蒸着層5の表面に、前記真空アルミ蒸着層5の傷つきを防止しながら内包装紙の平滑性を確保する水性保護層6をグラビア印刷法により形成し、前記水性保護層6の乾燥塗布量が5g/m2、硬化温度が80℃、使用されたグラビアの凹部の深さが50μmである工程と、

4)水性封止層の表面に真空アルミ蒸着法により真空アルミ蒸着層を形成する工程と、
5)前記真空アルミ蒸着層の表面にグラビア印刷法により乾燥塗布量1g/m2~5g/m2、硬化温度80℃~120℃の水性保護層を形成する工程と、
6)完成紙の水分含有量を5%±1%に制御するように、原紙層の下面に再湿処理を施して前記原紙層の下面に水分再湿層を形成する工程と、を備え、

前記保湿及び香味保持層は、無機粉末または有機粉末材料層であり、
前記熱溶着封止層は、熱溶着温度100℃~180℃のポリマー材料層であり、
