According to the above structure, the sweat generated during the run while avoiding the bitter winter wind in the mountain by the moisture-permeable waterproof layer is suitable for building the garments of monks performed in the mountains, in particular by the moisture-permeable layer Noise generated during wearing can be prevented, so that a quiet state can be maintained.
Description
The present invention relates to a fabric for winter wear.
Monk clothing is generally worn by Buddhist monks, but common Buddhists often wear it when they visit or live in temples. The fabrics used to make robes vary from country to country and vary in form.In Korea, traditionally made of natural fibers such as wool, cotton, and hemp, dyed with melange-like gray color, commonly called ink-color, Today, forge, which is a blend of these and synthetic fibers, is used a lot.
On the other hand, in recent years, the development of various functional textile products has improved human life, but the change of the clothing is very small, whether it is the clothes worn by the people who perform it. There are no fabrics with functional features, and most of them adhere to traditional forms.
Thus, for example, during the winter season, monks in Sansa have to overlap many clothes in order to cope with the cold, so they have to take the hassle of putting on and taking off clothes. However, it is inadequate to wear thick winter clothes when giving a warm coat, and sweating can occur during long-time worship or practice and dedication, such as raising three thousand times.
The present invention has been devised to improve the limitation and low functionality of the conventional fabric for apparel as described above, and in particular, the object of the present invention is to provide a fabric for winter wear, which is suitable for wearing when performed in the mountain temple in winter, especially It is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric for winter clothing which can be discharged effectively during the prepayment or performance and cleansing, and can maintain the desired quietness.

The inventors carry out various tests under the idea that applying the principle of moisture-permeable waterproofing process, which was applied to raincoats in the past, while avoiding the bitter winter winds in the mountains, the sweat generated during the execution can be quickly discharged to be suitable as a winter fabric for riding and riding. In particular, in order to provide a fabric for winter clothing that can maintain a quiet state without generating noise required for use in a special use of clothing such as clothing, the selection of brushing or forge tissue, and the attachment of backside cloths, etc. By taking the components of the design of the fabric for the winter clothing of the following configuration was completed.
In a basic configuration, the fabric for cold protection according to the present invention comprises a moisture-permeable waterproofing layer formed on the back side of the forge dyed with the gray-colored garment for apparel.
It is preferable that the surface of the said forging forgitation was brushed. The raising treatment can be carried out in a conventional manner according to the structure, thickness, material, etc. of the forge, and the fine noise generated in the moisture-permeable waterproof layer on the back side is absorbed by the fine brushing formed on the surface of the forge.
The sweat-proof and wind-proof action is achieved by the moisture-permeable waterproof layer of the above configuration, and the noise problem caused by the formation of the moisture-permeable waterproof layer is absorbed by the raising of the surface of the forge, so that the quietness of the monks does not interfere with the performance or cleanup of the monks. Secured.
Here, the forge dyed for apparel refers to a forge made of natural or artificial fibers or blends thereof, which are dyed with gray color for apparel in the state of cotton, yarn or forge, and wool or wool blend products in terms of cold fabric. Do.
In addition, the tissue of the forge is preferably twill or runners rather than plain weave. When made of these tissues, the generation of noise is much reduced than when using plain paper cloth, so that a quiet fabric can be obtained.
More preferably, in addition to the above configuration, the backside pouch is further attached to the lower portion of the moisture-permeable waterproofing layer as lining paper for improving poor touch and thermal insulation, and quietness.
The backside pouch may use a fabric lining paper for clothing made of ordinary synthetic fibers or recycled fibers, and more preferably, a knitted fabric of synthetic fibers such as polyester or nylon, particularly a polar polyfoam. Polarpolis paper has a good sense of volume and good warmth, which can improve the warmth when used as a material for the back side of the fabric for winter clothes, and can effectively absorb the minute noise generated from the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer. desirable.
The operation of forming the back surface layer under the moisture-permeable waterproof layer may be performed by using a general adhesive. The adhesive may be applied to the other side of the water-permeable waterproof layer or the corresponding surface of the back surface cloth by a conventional method and passed through a pressure roller. It can be achieved by incorporation. Although the application form of an adhesive agent can apply | coat whole surface, it is preferable to apply in a dot form, a linear form, a matrix form, etc. in consideration of elasticity or sound absorption.
The moisture-permeable waterproof layer in the fabric for cold protection according to the present invention can be formed by applying all known methods. For example, a polyurethane or acrylic resin is applied to the paper, and then the solvent is extracted by wet or dry, or evaporated to dry to form a microporous coating layer, or a hydrophilic non-porous or porous film is bonded to the fabric by using an adhesive. A laminating method for forming a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be applied.
Further, the coating layer may further include various infrared rays ceramics, carbon, or the like to further improve heat retention, or include antimicrobial ceramics to add antibacterial and deodorizing functions.
1 and 2 is a view schematically showing the cross-sectional structure of the fabric for cold weather according to the present invention, with reference to these drawings look at the structure of the fabric for cold weather according to the present invention once again.
Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional structure of the fabric for cold weather fabrics of the form of the moisture-proof waterproofing layer formed by the laminating method without attaching the back cloth. An adhesive layer (2) is formed on the back surface of the twill forage (1) of the twill weave dyed and brushed for sublimation, and a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer (3) is laminated thereunder.
When the moisture-permeable waterproof layer is formed by wet or dry coating, the adhesive layer 2 does not exist, and the moisture-permeable waterproof coating layer will be taken immediately.
On the other hand, Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional structure of the fabric for cold weather fabrics for backing is attached to the back of the foam and the moisture-permeable waterproof layer is formed by the laminating method, as shown in Figure 1 the adhesive layer (2) ) Is formed, and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 3 is laminated thereon. However, the backside bag 5 is attached to the lower portion of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 3 through the adhesive layer 4 again.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the embodiment of the present invention fabricated for winter wear fabric according to the present invention.
실시예Example
The surface of the plain fabric of 72's wool / polyester 50/50 blend dyed with a gray gray color for sublimation was brushed in a conventional manner, and then the remaining one side of the fabric was subjected to cire processing. The polyurethane-based adhesive was applied to the polyurethane-based film with a comma knife, aged after laminating with the sheet surface of the fabric.
Subsequently, the polyurethane-based adhesive was applied to the film surface of the fabric by using a gravure roller and pre-dried at 95 ° C., and then the laminated film and the polyester knitted fabric (polarized paper) were coated with the pressure-sensitive roller and the heating roller. Supplied with them, they were combined and aged to prepare a cold-absorbing winter fabric having a three-layer structure.
At this time, the surface temperature of the heating roller was 110 ℃, the pressure of the pressure roller was 4.5kg / ㎠.
Cold protection for riding in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a polyester-based moisture-permeable waterproof film was used instead of the polyurethane-based film and an engraved roll was used instead of the coma knife. Fabric was prepared.

Prepare a fabric for winter clothing by the same method as in Example 1, using a twill fabric of the same material instead of plain weave as a dyed fabric for cloth, and attaching a polyester knitted fabric by applying an adhesive to the lower part of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer I finished the winter fabric for the apparel without any work.
In the same manner as in Example 1 was prepared for the fabric for winter wear, but not brushed fabric for the fabric of the vest, completed by applying the adhesive to the lower layer of the moisture-permeable waterproof film without attaching the back cloth made of polyester knitted fabric It was.
Wear ring test
The garment was prepared using the moisture-permeable waterproof fabric for sublimation prepared in Examples 1 to 5, and was subjected to a wear ring test for 10 persons to wear comfort, light weight, warmth, moisture permeability, and quietness. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
As shown in Table 1, when manufacturing the garment using the fabric for cold protection of Examples 1 to 3, it showed good results in wearing comfort and light weight, warmth, moisture permeability and quietness, but attached to the back In the case of Example 4 which was not, there existed a side which was unsatisfactory in terms of wearing comfort because the touch fell slightly. However, it was not a big problem when used for external clothing.
On the other hand, when using a non-napping flat fabric as in Example 5 as a fabric and did not attach the backing cloth, all of the other side was satisfactory results, but as in Example 4 There was a problem in terms of the side, and due to the unique micro-noise generated in the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, the quietness absolutely required for the devotion and performance of the monks fell.
As described above, when building a garment using the fabric for winter clothes of the present invention, it is possible to block the moisture during the meditation of the monks and to prevent the drafts to obtain an excellent winter effect, and to raise the amount of money, such as raising three thousand times. It is convenient and hygienic because the sweat generated during airway can be discharged quickly. You can avoid the hassle of wearing multiple sets of clothes, especially in winter.
On the other hand, the fabric for the apparition of the present invention has a configuration for reducing the noise generated by the moisture-permeable waterproof treatment can maintain the quietness required during the performance in the temple.
