複数の長尺部材の第一の端部を集約する第一のハブ部材と、複数の長尺部材の第二の端部を集約する第二のハブ部材、ここで、第一のハブ部材又は第二のハブ部材のいずれか一方は第一のハブ部材及び第二のハブ部材の他方の内部に同心状に配置されており、
ここで、デバイスフレームはフェース部、側方対向スカート部及び反転部を含み、長尺部材の第一の部分はフェース部を画定し、そして第一のハブ部材から半径方向に延在しており、長尺部材の第二の部分は側方対向スカート部を画定し、そしてフェース部から第一の回転方向に沿って遠位に軸及びらせん方向に延在しており、そして長尺部材の第三の部分は反転部を画定している、
