Claims (16)

前記セル間配線は、
リンクを備え、
前記リンクは、
i)前記第一領域のエッジに結合される第一リンク端部、
ii)前記第一リンク端部に対向し、前記第一領域の前記エッジから離れる第二リンク端部、及び
iii)前記リンクの長さに沿ったテーパネックを有し、
前記セル間配線はさらに、
各付加物がi)前記第一領域の前記エッジに結合される第一端部、ii)前記第一端部に対向し、前記第一領域の前記エッジから離れる第二端部、及びiii)前記リンクの前記長さより長い付加物長を有し、互いから離隔される複数の付加物、
を備え、
前記金属物品は単一の独立型部品である、
前記金属物品。 - 前記リンクは、直線的であり、前記第一領域の前記エッジに垂直である、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 前記セル間配線は、力が前記セル間配線に加えられるときに前記テーパネックで破壊するように設計される、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 1センチメートルあたり少なくとも8個の、1センチメートルあたり少なくとも10個の、または1センチメートルあたり少なくとも12個の、前記付加物が形成されている、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 前記複数の付加物の各付加物は、鼓形、S字形、U字形、W字形、V字形、蛇状、鋸歯状またはL字形である、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 前記付加物長は、前記付加物沿いの経路長であり、前記付加物長は、前記リンクの前記長さの1.4から3倍である、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 前記付加物の接線と前記第一領域の水平方向のエッジとの間の角度は、少なくとも12°である、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 前記第一領域及び前記セル間配線は、同一平面内に配置される、請求項1に記載の前記金属物品。
- 前記セル間配線と一体であり、前記複数の付加物の前記第二端部に結合され、前記隣接する光起電力セルの裏面側に結合されるように構成される金属ストリップ、

- 光起電力セル用の電気部品を形成する方法であって、
金属物品を導電性マンドレル上に電鋳し、前記導電性マンドレルは少なくとも1つの予備成形パターンを備える外面を有し、前記金属物品は複数の電鋳素子を有する第一領域、及び前記第一領域と一体であるセル間配線を含み、
前記金属物品を前記導電性マンドレルから分離し、前記導電性マンドレルから分離されるときに、前記金属物品が単一の独立型部品を形成するように、前記複数の電鋳素子は内部接続される、
ことを備え、
そこで前記複数の電鋳素子は、前記光起電力セルの光入射面用の電気路として機能するように構成され、
そこで前記セル間配線は、前記光入射面を延出し、前記金属物品を隣接する光起電力セルに直接結合し、
そこで前記セル間配線は、
リンクを備え、
前記リンクは、
i)前記第一領域のエッジに結合される第一リンク端部、
ii)前記第一リンク端部に対向し、前記第一領域の前記エッジから離れる第二リンク端部、及び
