Claims (17)
- 脂肪組織を除去するために高周波エネルギーを伝達する伝達装置であって、
該装置が、相互に同軸に配置された外側導体(7)及び内側導体(9)を備え、前記外側導体(7)が前記内側導体(9)を囲み、外側導体(7)及び内側導体(9)が、それらの開放端が同軸となる構造を有し、
外側導体(7)及び内側導体(9)が、内側導体(9)の前面(9A)から外側導体(7)の環状前面(7C)にのび、表皮、真皮及び真皮の下にある脂肪細胞を連続的に横切り、表皮に対して直交する力線を有する電場を生成するように配置及び構成され、
該装置が、外側導体(7)及び内側導体(9)の前方に配置されたエネルギー伝達窓(13)を有し、該エネルギー伝達窓が、伝達装置によって伝達されるエネルギーの周波数に対して本質的に透過性を有する材料で形成されたプレートによって閉鎖され、
該装置が、処置中に表皮及び真皮から熱を除去するための冷却システムを備え、該冷却システムが、伝達装置の内部空間に流体結合される冷媒流通ダクトを備え、前記伝達窓を閉鎖するプレートを冷却するように構成され、
内側導体の前面及び外側導体の環状前面が、内側導体の直径より小さい軸線方向の相互距離で配置されている
ことを特徴とする高周波エネルギー伝達装置。 - 外側導体(7)がカップ形状であり、内側導体(9)を収容する内部空間(8)を備え、該内部空間(8)が前方で前記伝達窓(13)によって閉鎖されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝達装置。 - 内部空間が、内側導体(9)の前面(9A)と伝達窓(13)を閉鎖するプレートとの間に間隙(21)を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の伝達装置。 - 内側導体(9)が直径(D9)を有し、外側導体(7)が内側導体(9)を収容する内径(D7)を有する空間(8)を画定し、
空間(8)の内径(D7)と内側導体(9)の直径(D9)との間の比率が、1~2の間である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の伝達装置。 - 内側導体(9)が直径(D9)を有し、外側導体(7)が内側導体(9)を収容する内径(D7)を有する空間(8)を画定し、
空間(8)の内径(D7)と内側導体(9)の直径(D9)との間の比率が、1.2~1.5の間である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の伝達装置。 - 内側導体(9)の前面(9A)が環状であり、かつ、外側導体(7)の環状前面(7C)が内側導体(9)の前面(9A)と同軸であり、
内側導体(9)の前面(9A)が平坦であり、かつ、
外側導体(7)の前面(7C)が平坦である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の伝達装置。 - 内側導体(9)の前面(9A)及び外側導体(7)の前面(7C)が、内側導体(9)の直径(D9)の半分より小さい軸線方向相互距離(d)で配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の伝達装置。 - 内側導体(9)の前面(9A)及び外側導体(7)の前面(7C)が、内側導体(9)の直径(D9)の1/8より小さい軸線方向相互距離(d)で配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の伝達装置。 - 高周波発生装置(5)、コネクタ(3)及び請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の伝達装置を備えている
ことを特徴とする脂肪組織を除去するための高周波エネルギー伝達機器。 - 前記伝達装置内に冷媒を循環させるように構成された冷却回路を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の機器。 - 前記高周波発生装置が電流を発生し、その電流の周波数が、2GHz~6GHzの間である
ことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の機器。 - コネクタ(3)が同軸ケーブルである
ことを特徴とする請求項9、10又は11に記載の機器。 - 同軸ケーブルが、伝達装置(1)の内側導体(9)に電気的に接続される内側導体と、伝達装置(1)の外側導体(7)と電気的に接続される編組外側導体とを備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の機器。 - 高周波発生装置の放射を制御するように構成及び配置された制御ユニットを備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項9~13の何れか一項に記載の機器。 - 前記制御ユニットが、冷却回路と接続され、伝達装置(1)の少なくとも一部分での温度を制御するように構成及び配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の機器。 - 伝達装置(1)の一部分の温度、冷媒の温度、伝達装置(1)が適用される組織表面の温度の少なくとも一つを検出する温度検出システムを備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の機器。 - 前記高周波発生装置が電流を発生し、その電流の周波数が、2.4GHz~2.5GHzの間である
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の機器。
